Job Description & Requirements Interventional Radiology StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $ - .00 4-Day Clinical Week No Call No Nights No Weekends A Procedural-Focused Outpatient Practice Built Around Physicians 99%+ outpatient vascular procedures 4-day clinical work week No nights, weekends, holidays, or routine overnight call Strong arterial, venous & dialysis access case mix Dedicated APP, nursing & clinical support Minimal administrative responsibilities Established referral base & significant regional market share Physician-led, rapidly expanding platform First-year physician compensation historically averaging approximately $969K within the available completed physician cohort Practice Growth Multiple locations throughout New Jersey New site opening Q1 2027 Additional expansion planned through Significant procedural demand and established referral relationships Opportunity to focus on complex intervention without traditional hospital obligations Physician Benefits Medical, dental & vision, generous PTO package Malpractice & applicable tail coverage $5,000 annual CME/professional expense allowance New Jersey licensing & registration expenses covered Ideal Candidate Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure Strong arterial & venous procedural experience Interest in complex vascular disease OBL/outpatient experience preferred, but not required Interventional Cardiologists and Vascular Surgeons with significant endovascular experience may also be considered.
