This is not just a front desk job. While you will handle phones, payments, and patient flow, the primary responsibility is sales: educating patients on our services and confidently selling memberships and packages. We're currently looking for both full time and part time employees.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact for patients: greet warmly, create rapport, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Present and sell memberships and packages with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
• Capture patient information accurately (name, phone, email) and maintain complete records.
• Manage daily clinic operations: phones, check-ins/check-outs, scheduling, and payment processing.
• Handle patient questions with confidence (pricing, insurance, cancellations, policies).
• Re-engage inactive members and encourage retention.
• Keep the clinic organized, professional, and welcoming.
• Support chiropractors and clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic flow.

About the Position:

As the Seafood Specialist, you will be the store's point person for seafood department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. You will own seafood inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure all seafood products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of seafood items.

Qualifications:

At a minimum, what you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Physical and Work Conditions

Job Purpose

The Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving event revenue through both rapid lead conversion and proactive outbound business development. This role owns the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead response to booking, execution coordination, and repeat business development. This is a multi-centric, externally facing role for a sales professional who moves quickly, works intelligently across channels, and actively embeds themselves in the city to build sustainable, long-term clientele. Success in this role requires urgency, creativity, discipline, and the confidence to represent the Puttery brand in market.

Responsibilities

• Respond rapidly and professionally to inbound event leads across all channels, maintaining high conversion standards and response-time expectations
• Qualify leads efficiently and guide clients through event options, packages, pricing, and timelines
• Manage the full booking lifecycle, including proposals, contracts, deposits, and confirmations
• Maintain accurate, real-time data in CRM and sales tracking systems
• Forecast event revenue and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
• Actively generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Represent Puttery in the local market through site tours, industry events, community partnerships, and brand activations
• Build relationships with corporate planners, social event organizers, hospitality partners, and local organizations
• Identify creative, non-traditional methods to get in front of potential clients and decision-makers
• Convert one-time events into repeat and recurring clientele
• Serve as a visible brand ambassador for Puttery in the city
• Advocate confidently for the brand, experience, and value proposition in external conversations
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align promotions, event execution, and guest experience
• Stay informed on local market trends, competitors, and event demand
• Partner closely with operations, culinary, beverage, and floor leadership to ensure seamless event execution
• Communicate event details clearly to internal teams to deliver on client expectations
• Participate in post-event follow-up to drive retention, referrals, and future bookings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, nightlife, or experiential venues
• Proven ability to manage high lead volume while maintaining quality and urgency
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales or proactive lead generation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable representing the brand externally and operating independently in the market
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across CRM and sales systems
• Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt sales techniques to different client types and environments

Working Conditions

The Nutrition Services Aide is responsible for performing a wide range of duties within the foodservice department, which may include: delivery and retrieval of patient trays, stocking supplies in various areas of the hospital, operating a POS system, portioning food, general cleaning responsibilities including ware washing, delivering, staging, and cleaning up of catered functions, answering and processing calls for patient meal requests.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

• Prepares, sets, and serves all food as directed ensuring proper temperatures and portion sizes.

• Prepares and gathers all items needed for snacks and breaks and ensures they are delivered to the proper areas.
• Helps in tray assembly.

• Double checks tray for accuracy and nutrition order compliance prior to delivery.
• Ensures the tray is positioned properly for the patient; assists the patient with the opening of any tray elements; and checks with patient for the need of any additional or missing items.
• Picks up soiled trays in a timely manner and returns trays to kitchen for proper cleaning and storage.
• Ensures and maintains proper food quality and temperature.

Physical And Sensory Requirements:

Walking for up to 7 hours, 30 minutes at a time; sitting for up to 1 hour at a time and standing up to 1 hours for 30 minutes at a time. Frequently uses handling and occasionally twisting/turning, lifting (1-50 lb.), carrying (1-50 lb.), pushing (1-50 lb.), and pulling (1-50 lb.). When performing essential functions, occasionally involves with stooping/bending, climbing, reaching above shoulder level. Employee must have the ability to hear normal conversation, have general vision, far vision, and peripheral vision.

Education:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency preferred.

Training And Experience:

Customer service and/or food service experience preferred, but not necessary. On job training will be provided.
