Responsibilities

The PC Technician performs microcomputer hardware and software installations and help desk support. Performs network support as directed. Supports all hospital locations. Duties include installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing all PC based hardware and software. Provides support to end users on PC based applications. Monitors network and software usage and access and virus protection. Maintains logs of all hardware and software and assists Applications staff when necessary. Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent with additional technical school training in computer technology. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience with microcomputer, windows software and networks is required. The Tolling Market Lead will partner with our local area teams to cultivate and manage client relationships with toll agencies across the globe. Ability to effectively communicate in the English language. Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful.
