Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Essential Functions:

  • Complete monthly, in-home visits, caregiver education/skills training and assess health and environmental changes.
  • Conduct semi-annual visits, reviewing and updating existing plan of care and corresponding goals, medication review and reconciliation and review caregiver communication tools.
  • Address concerns regarding environment, psychosocial status and changes in physical health.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and work collaboratively to address client needs.
  • Complete all required documentation per regulation and communicate professionally with client PCP and other healthcare providers when necessary.
  • Perform other duties within the scope of practice as assigned by management.

LPN Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within assigned region.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Licensed as LPN by Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a skilled nursing or home care setting or comparable work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and second language strongly preferred.
  • Case management, behavioral health, social services and/or community health worker experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, documentation and organizational skills.
  • CPR Certification/Willingness to obtain one.

Physical and Environmental Demands:

  • Works in a clean well-lit environment with fluctuating temperatures in close proximity to others.
  • Requires substantial periods of repetitive work utilizing a computer, monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, orders, conducts, supervises, interprets diagnostic and laboratory test, and prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments in the direct management of acute and chronic illness in care of the critically ill patient. Promotes health and the prevention of illness and injury. Practices autonomously and in collaboration with other health care professionals to treat and manage patient health problems. The role of the APP includes direct patient/family care, consultation, research, patient/families/groups/and community advocacy to holistically care for complex patient care needs. Serves as a member of the ICU team with the primary responsibility of managing a caseload of critically ill patients under the supervision of the ICU supervising physician.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing as Advanced Practice Nurse or Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant by the National Board of Medical Examiners, or, the Academy of Physician's Assistants Required
  • Two (2) or more years or experience as a critical care nurse or two (2) years serving as a Physician Assistant
  • Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse is required for NPs
  • Current Georgia Authorization/Certification as a NP Advanced Practice Registered Professional Nurse is required
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician's Assistant, specializing in critical care services for in-patient setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required

We are looking for a licensed electrician who is willing to tie in the concerts electrical power into the buildings temporary tie ins. This means bare tail connections to the building power and cam connections to the show power.


Generally this job is one day roughly 16 to 20 hours long. You will tie in the power, meter the connections, make sure everything is correct and within specs, then monitor it all day in a standby function. Once the day is over you will safely make the proper disconnects and be finished with your day.
