Ensure every customer leaves the store with a positive and satisfying experience Monitor employee behavior to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions Communicate with Management to achieve optimal service levels-no long lines Create and manage a weekly schedule for a diverse group of employees Train and develop future Head Customer Service Managers Assist with interviewing and hiring new employees Sell Money Orders, Money Grams, and Lottery tickets Help maintain a clean and safe store Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department Jerry’s would love to see an individual who:
