  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate tactical and strategic risks, ensuring delivery confidence and alignment with organizational risk appetite.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Refine governance models and delivery methodologies for ongoing improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with business units and subject matter experts to lead coordinated implementation of major transformation programs and specific transformation initiatives.
  • Target Operating Model Implementation: Focus on logistical COE opportunities in operations within the Integrity Target Operating Model, enabling synergy by grouping business units into distinct routes to market.
  • Project Evaluation & Roadmap Management: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation projects, develop and manage clear roadmaps for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in transformation, strategy execution, or program management within financial services or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Expertise in program management, change management, and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in risk management, controls development, and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to foster collaboration and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
