Essential Duties

I. Clinical 70%

A. Practice clinical medicine in an exemplary manner in standards set forth by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners properly balanced with other academic activities.

B. Capable of providing complete and thorough history and physical patient examinations.

Must be able to perform invasive procedures as dictated by the physician's subspecialty.

C. Develop and maintain a clinical practice for patients referred to UT MD Anderson.

1. Visually review for proper ICD-9 and CPT coding and approve all charge documents within five working days.

2. Complete patient documentation for medical records within time frames provided by institutional policy. Will require dictating in a clear and concise manner, and visual review of documents.

3. Correspond as appropriate in writing or in telephone conversations with physicians regarding patient care and treatment.

4. Keep abreast of current approaches in the management of patients through attendance at continuing education conferences in the specialty. This will require listening to and assimilating information from conferences.

5. Must be capable of sharing clinical responsibilities with other faculty including but not limited to inpatient service, outpatient clinic and outpatient procedures and other duties as requested.

II. Administrative and Service 10%

A. Participate in investigation and review of best practice initiatives and clinical and institutional effectiveness projects.

B. Serve on institutional and hospital committees as requested by the Chair. Visually review all documents pertaining to committee functions.

C. Represent the Department by participating or presenting at local, regional, state, and national meetings in the field of medical oncology.

III. Research 15%

A. Develop research programs of scholarly activities in keeping within the goals of the department. Requires the ability to synthesize a myriad of information pertaining to the area of research. May necessitate instructing, through written or verbal communication, research support personnel in clinical trials implementation.

B. Identify grants and funding sources for funding of research, submit grants and protocols in accordance with rules and deadline applications, and develop budgets and analysis and complete grant and protocol application forms.

IV. Education/Teaching 5%

A. Acts as a role model for faculty, fellows, residents and students. Provides a balanced and integrated educational program for pediatric residents and fellows.

B. Attend and participate in Department teaching and continuing education conferences

Inventory & Parts Coordinator supports die build and parts crib operations by coordinating parts ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and vendor communication. This role helps ensure parts are accurately identified, documented, stored, and delivered to support production schedules and timely die build completion. They will work with manufacturing and parts crib environment with regular interaction across operations, shipping/receiving, vendors, and management. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to respond to urgent parts and shipping needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• • Unload trucks, crates, fixtures, and parts using fork-lifts and mobile ramps.

• Monitor daily E-Mails & Teams chats about changes affecting NAMCs and communicate required actions.

• Maintain 4S+S standards and keep the crib area organized, clean, and efficient.

• Review bulk item, shortage, and damaged-part requests.

• Verify crib inventory before ordering and support parts quoting activities.

• Gather costing, lead-time, and comparison data to support ordering and vendor selection.

• Use ProLeis MES, SAP Ariba, Microsoft 365, and related systems to process orders, receive parts, and track activities.

• Review Catia, XVL, and design PDFs to verify changes and identify issues.

• Send parts lists to vendors for quoting and support yearly quote activities.

• Receive parts by matching packing slips to quoted parts lists, die numbers, quantities, and descriptions.

• Prepare, organize, and route parts carts, shipping materials, paperwork, and labels.

• Maintain paper records, parts trees, and partial-order documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to resolve issues with damaged, missing, incorrect, expedited, or modified parts.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 2 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience, supporting stamping or tool-and-die operations.

• Hands-on experience working in a stamping environment and familiarity with tooling, dies, die components, and replacement parts.

• 2+ years of experience with shipping/receiving, inventory control, parts crib, tool crib, or manufacturing warehouse operations.

• Experience identifying, organizing, tracking, and distributing tooling or manufacturing parts.

• 2+ years of experience coordinating with vendors or suppliers regarding parts, materials, orders, or deliveries.

• Ability to read and interpret parts lists, packing slips, purchase orders, inventory records, and basic technical documentation.

• Experience using inventory, warehouse, ERP, or manufacturing systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift parts and boxes over 35 lbs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Ultrasound Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services in our outpatient clinic and mobile clinic locations. The selected candidate will work primarily in our Greenwood clinic 1-2 days per week and provide coverage in a mobile clinic setting for a half-day every other week. Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to provider orders and established protocols.
