Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher OR Seven (7) years of computer or data integration experience.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND Eleven (11) years of computer or data integration experience.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with HL7 and/or FHIR healthcare integration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB) workflows.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HL7 messaging standards (ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, DFT), Epic integration architecture, Charge Router concepts and billing integrations, Interface testing and troubleshooting.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Epic certification(s) or accreditation.

Job Brief:

The E&I Technician performs electrical and instrumentation activities.  The Technician is skilled in the fabrication, installation, inspection, testing, adjustment and repair of electronic, electro-mechanical, and pneumatic control circuits and systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Installs process control and measurement instrumentation on existing and new field equipment and processes (transmitters, controllers, analyzers, control valves, etc.)
  • Performs mechanical work associated with instrument repair and modification; removes and installs small piping and tubing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Acts as the administrative support to the Sales team by communicating with inbound and outbound emails, telephone calls, and other communication requests.2.Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including prospects, accounts, contacts, leads, and sales activity, to support the sales team and ensure effective follow-up.3.Collaborate with Sales team members to track, maintain, and report sales and economic impact metrics, ensuring accurate data and supporting informed decision-making.4.Coordinate scheduling of appointments, meetings, and internal planning sessions for the sales team.5.Coordinate communications regarding industry updates, sponsorships, and other relevant community-impacting events to stakeholders and industry partners.6.Assist with communications related to publications, sponsorships, and cooperative opportunities offered by the sales department.7.Proactively collaborate with the finance department to process sponsorship fees and payments related to industry and local events.8.Assist in logistics and planning of events, including but not limited to tradeshows, industry events, and local events.9.Provide support to industry partners regarding education on how to engage with the CVB and utilize the extranet to respond to leads and other industry communications.Offer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot issues with stakeholders in a professional and service -oriented manner.10.Assist with the planning and coordination of site inspections and familiarization (FAM) tours, including booking transportation, arranging accommodations, preparing itineraries, and assembling welcome materials.11.Manage organization and inventory of promotional items on a monthly basis.12.Understand organizational and departmental needs enabling an anticipatory approach to challenges, needs, or possible solutions.13.Performs other duties, as required by the company or delegated by supervisors which may include some evening and weekend events.14.Some personal cell phone usage required, reimbursed at $30 per month. General Duties: Function in accordance with BLACC/CVB Operational Guidelines and within his/her professional code of ethics. Maintain a professional, courteous manner while conducting business inside and outside of the organization. Participate in and contribute to the various staff development activities of the BLACC/CVB. Occasional travel required for trade shows, industry events, and partner functions. Sensitivity and responsiveness to management needs. Participation in all required meetings. Regularly participate in evaluation of self in regard to job performance. Perform other special functions that may, from time to time, be outlined and attached hereto. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Skilled in organizing and prioritizing to meet objectives and deadlines. Creative problem-solver with resourceful thinking. Strong communication and listening skills, effective in all situations. Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone calls. Excellent at interpersonal relations and managing conflicts. Resilient under stress, capable of handling multiple urgent tasks. Detail-oriented and conscientious about the quality of work. Self-motivated with a proactive approach. Systematically organized to achieve goals. Knowledgeable about the Branson area. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM, with database management skills. Focused on customer service with an ability to adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or event planning. Valid Motor Vehicle Operator's License and proper insurance coverage. Physical Requirements: Capable of bending, squatting, and reaching; must handle tasks requiring physical movement, including file retrieval. Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and climb stairs with loads. Manual dexterity to manipulate objects is necessary. May require prolonged standing.
