Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 - $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Hospitalist Director needed in Palm Beach County

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Hospitalist Director at Medical Center, located in Palm Beach, FL. The Hospitalist Director will oversee the hospitalist team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading quality improvement initiatives, scheduling and staffing the hospitalist program, and collaborating with other departments to optimize patient care. The role requires active participation in clinical care, mentorship of staff, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Position is 80% clinical and 20% administrative

Qualifications
