We're seeking a Senior Account Executive for our Retail Consultancy team. The Senior Account Executive (SAE) supports the Director and Manager with all retailer project execution including asset management, systems updates, internal communications, meeting coordination/scheduling, meeting recaps, vendor communications, budget/finance support and retailer audits. The Senior Account Executive responsibilities are inclusive of execution for managed service (including RFP facilitation as requested) and self-service (for on and offsite display) campaigns. Additionally, they support AdOps/tagging ensuring that the Ad Ops Specialist if fully briefed and reporting in required manner for retailer. They support and execute budget management, campaign performance monitoring/recaps and managing advertiser portfolios. The Senior Account Executive owns billing and Marilyn data management duties. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Cincinnati office for a hybrid work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build productive relationships and communications with cross functional teams (i.e., answer questions/provide direction) to keep projects moving forward
  • Compile, author and distribute meeting or project recaps
  • Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning(s), understanding competitors, short and long term goals, consumer/shopper targets and marketing strategies
  • Tactically support programs (development of timelines, trafficking and review of materials, estimation of costs, etc.) including briefing of AdOps and tagging support
  • Manage and support projects effectively from start to finish
  • Support budget management ensuring program estimates and actuals are managed to hours and costs
  • Manage electronic job jackets/billing information
  • Develop your proficiency across all Mars internal workflow and financial management systems
  • Work effectively and efficiently with various internal departments
  • Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status, marketplace assessments, etc.
  • All other duties as assigned by Manager or Director

Skill Sets Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing, media or advertising experience, preferably agency experience in retailer promotions
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure

What You Need:

  • Care provided across multiple locations: Froedtert Hospital (689‑bed Level‑1 Trauma Center with 32 ORs, 16 out‑of‑OR anesthetizing locations daily, Birth Center, Cardiovascular ICU),
  • Children's Wisconsin (298‑bed Level‑1 Children's Surgery & Trauma Center, including 72‑bed PICU, Pain Management & Headache Center, ambulatory pediatric surgery),
  • Milwaukee VA Medical Center (196‑bed hospital with 5,000‑sq‑ft simulation center),
  • Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend Hospital with adjacent ambulatory surgery centers,
  • Two additional ambulatory surgery centers in Wauwatosa and Oak Creek,
  • A Comprehensive Pain Practice with multidisciplinary pain management at our Pain Management Center, VA Pain Clinic, and inpatient hospitals.
