General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary coordinator for clinical research studies and supporting more senior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) certification preferred.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required.
  • Preferences: Strongly prefer Oncology and/or Clinical Research experience, coordinating research activities involved in conducting Oncology clinical trials. Management of data and of the study patients' care. Knowledge of regulatory/compliance affairs as it pertains to clinical research. Knowledge of protocol financial functions. You Will
  • Manage day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platform (Shopify) and Content Management System (Contentful), ensuring on-time launches, accurate product representation and a user experience that matches brand standards.
  • Assist with the product launch process: uploading images and other content, building and updating product pages and listing pages ahead of the launch.
  • QA all site content prior to publishing — links, imagery, copy accuracy, and fidelity to Figma designs  —  to ensure all aspects are perfect prior to launch.
  • Manage the product catalog in both Contentful and Shopify, making sure both match with images, descriptions and proper metadata to enrich our site features and product feeds.
  • Assist merchandising across navigation, search, filters, facets, and product listing experiences.
  • Build, QA, publish, and maintain homepage content and landing pages using our CMS.
  • Support recurring seasonal and holiday site audits, fixing broken links, outdated content, and merchandising gaps ahead of key sales moments.
  • Partner with logistics to maintain accurate site inventory and delivery messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, brand, product, design, and customer service teams to implement strategies to drive sales via optimization, merchandising, and improved site functionality.

  • Properly schedule all procedures and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Place calls to referring physicians for patients expressing difficulty with scheduling.
  • Enter accurate information in RIS for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and comment entry.
  • Update account information at the point of scheduling.
  • Utilize RIS filter screens to answer questions associated with insurance, procedures and preps.
  • Pre-register, scans documents, input clinical data as needed for appointment and requests films as needed.
  • Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
  • Safeguards any on site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures and any legal requirements.
  • Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
  • Is responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
  • Demonstrates respect for patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
