We are searching for our next provider to work under the direction of the VP/Chief Medical Officer. In accordance with the medical profession, you will provide quality primary health care for a diverse community‑based patient population of various ages, educational backgrounds, and income levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide general physical examinations and make medical evaluations to diagnose and treat a variety of medical illnesses.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Banking Director manages and coaches a team of Relationship Managers and/or Portfolio Bankers to meet sales goals, while adhering to credit quality and processing standards. In addition to leading the team, the Corporate Banking Director manages a portfolio and is responsible for achieving personal sales goals. The salary range for this position is $127,900 - $258,600. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States.   • Achieve Sales Targets
    • Communicates sales goals and expectations and manages performance of Relationship Managers and/or Portfolio Bankers.
    • Leads sales management efforts and activities including weekly sales meetings, business development calls, client relations and coaching of Relationship Managers and/or Portfolio Bankers.

    • Manages delinquencies and portfolio to ensure that classified credits are recognized timely and referred promptly to Special Assets.
    • Manages a portfolio of clients satisfactorily, ensuring the relationships are maintained in a professional manner and monitoring of the portfolio meets ONB loan standards.

    • Performs various management responsibilities including staffing, performance management, coaching and recruitment/hiring.

  • Minimum 10 years relevant commercial banking experience with a super community or regional bank strongly preferred.
  • Proven leadership experience, including prior management of Relationship Managers and/or Portfolio Bankers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of current loan standards, loan review administration and banking/OCC procedures.
