Unit Details: - Mixed-acuity PCU/MS Tele unit caring for medical oncology patients. - Adult and geriatric patient population with a variety of diagnoses from solid tumors to some blood cancers. - High-acuity patient population. - Rare pediatric patients may present but are typically cared for by permanent staff; pediatric experience is not required. - Ratios: PCU is 1:3, MS Tele is 1:4-5. - Uses GE telemetry monitors, bladder scanner, Alaris pumps, continuous bladder irrigation, and PCA pumps.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day shift 07:00-19:30 or night shift 19:00-07:30. - For 12D/N rotating contracts, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on department needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time. - Weekend shifts are variable.

Floating Requirements: - Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity, including other MS Tele units.

  • Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or Bachelors/Masters Degree in the field- (Preferred)
  • Multiple continuing education certifications - (Preferred)
  • CPR/AED certification (Required)
  • 1-3 yrs. of Personal Training experience (Preferred)
  • Must have full time availability including, but not limited to Weekends & Holidays
  • Proven experience building a business and attracting new clientele
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess honesty and personal integrity
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
