Role Summary:

Marathon TS is seeking a cloud program manager to support our client. You will lead and successfully manage large-scale, complex initiatives for our client's government customer. The qualified candidate will be responsible for overseeing, guiding, and delivering cloud strategies and implementation initiatives within our client, with a particular focus on driving organic growth. This role involves expertise in managing large-scale cloud projects, coordinating with various client workstreams, driving organic growth, and fostering innovation, with an ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with our client's business objectives. The Cloud Program Leader will work closely with the client business stakeholders, third party vendors, and other our clients colleagues in managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to clients. Leveraging your expertise, you will keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique challenges that occur daily. The Cloud Program Leader will work with client business stakeholders across the organization to define the objectives, strategy, requirements and timelines of the specific initiatives. This will include regularly communicating with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders on roadmaps, progress, risks and change control.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute cloud strategies that align with organizational objectives, while inspiring and guiding teams toward achieving measurable results.
  • Program Management: Lead large-scale cloud programs using agile and DevOps methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Cloud Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, cloud security frameworks, and cloud-native development practices. Experience with AI/ML integration and automation within cloud environments.
  • Cloud Governance and Compliance: Expertise in managing cloud governance policies, cost optimization strategies, and compliance with industry standards such as FedRAMP, HIPAA, GDPR, and CMMC.
  • Business Acumen and Digital Transformation: Strong ability to align cloud strategies with business priorities, driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and growth opportunities through digital transformation initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Influence: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts and strategies to executives, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in influencing decision-making processes.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced analytical thinking to address challenges related to scalability, performance, security, and cost in cloud environments. Ability to develop innovative solutions to support organizational needs.
  • For technically focused programs, serve as the product owner in the Agile/SCRUM development process including writing user stories, preparing the backlog and leading sprint planning.
  • Determine project financial targets in order to establish funding and resource requirements and will provide vendor management guidance and oversight by creating and maintaining scorecards to track vendor and partner performance.
  • Responsible for coordination, execution, and implementation of initiatives. Anticipate problems and complications and formulate solutions so as not to delay the progress of the initiative and will assume responsibility and drive ownership for issue resolution.
  • Develop project plans for multiple concurrent initiatives and create detailed requirements for implementing solutions. Interact regularly with the client to manage expectations and communicate project progress. Leverage knowledge of program management best practices to facilitate the delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives and identify consultant resource levels and skills required for specific initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required.
  • 7+ years in leadership roles overseeing cloud strategy, implementation, and governance.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) including design, architecture, and implementation of scalable cloud solutions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, budgeting, and delivery for cloud-related initiatives.
  • Excellent knowledge of the software development lifecycle, and public cloud technologies
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and communicate impacts to timeline, scope and costs.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to run cross functional meetings.
  • Ability to work comfortably within a complex environment with rapid changes in requirements, direction and environment
  • Strong analytical abilities across business and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems
  • Technically savvy and able to ramp up on new technologies quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non-technical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers
  • Able to assertively dig into the business requirements and drill into the project-specific details

  • Master's degree or MBA is preferred.

Summary:

Requirements:

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. Job Description

Executive Response Specialists are responsible for thoroughly researching, investigating, and responding to escalations relating to all aspects of Retail Payment Solutions. Escalations are received through various channels, including but not limited to, regulatory agencies, senior management, and social media. The Loan Servicing Representative provides prompt and accurate service related to personal, mortgage, and business loans in accordance with Gate City Bank's values, policies, and procedures as described below.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain knowledge of loan attributes to perform tasks and file maintenance related but not limited to; loan balances, payments, interest, payoffs, automatic payments, modifications, insurance and title tracking.
  • Deliver supervisor customer service by providing information and/or solutions for external customer questions/requests received by phone, email, alternative message sources and occasionally in person.
  • Support and coach retail and other department team members by providing customer service via the Peer Assistance line (PAL).
  • Apply critical thinking with the ability to problem solve and prevent errors, to read and interpret loan documents, and complete simple interest calculations.
  • Communicate with title, insurance, and government agencies to understand requirements, follow procedures, perform research, and resolve issues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to assist in pulling, reviewing, and creating reports and preparing mail merged letters.
  • Complete monthly general ledger account balancing and meet auditing and compliance requirements.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned tasks/role and assist with training of team members.

Leadership and Supervision:

  • Ensure a safe work environment by leading safety programs, ensuring associate receive safety training and certifications, enforcing safety procedures, and addressing safety issues.
