About the Role

Integration Managers play a crucial role within the Hardware Integrations team. The Integration Manager (also referred to as "Build Manager") manages the complete scope of a buildin accordance with a customer contract or internal project scope documentfrom kickoff thru commissioning and transition to customer. This person is responsible for ensuring assigned builds are completed within targets related to scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters. Integration Managers lead build teams consisting primarily of engineers and technicians during the conduct of builds. These resources are assigned based on the skills that the Integration Manager determines after careful analysis of the scope and contract documents and then requested from the Technical Resources Manager. Integration Managers report to the Director of HW Integration and function in direct support of program teams who serve as internal customers during builds. Integration Managers continuously coordinate with functional areas across Operations and Engineering and rely on expert understanding of manufacturing best-practices, workflows, and processesincluding the Forterra Business Management System (BMS)to ensure the success of each build.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of manufacturing / build from kickoff thru customer turnover
  • Manage customer contract from initial analysis thru final invoicing and warranty transition
  • Understand and apply the Forterra BMS and program development lifecycle tools
  • Manage and report on status of scope, schedule, budget, quality for all builds assigned
  • Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization
  • Drive safety best-practices within manufacturing team
  • Coordinate with adjacent and supporting teams across the organization to ensure success of each build and Forterra's customers
  • General Management Responsibilities:
    • Track and regularly report on utilization and readiness of personnel and equipment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or related Business / Manufacturing OR equivalent years of work experience
  • Experience managing manufacturing operations or technical projects
  • Proven leadership / management experience
  • Familiarity with project / operations management approaches, environments, procedures
  • Proficiency with software applications to develop and maintain schedules

US Salary Range $100,000 - $135,000

The salary range for this role is an estimate and is based on a wide variety of compensation factors. The incumbent will advise GHSD, Departmental, interagency on bio-risk management aspects of GHS-related work and advise Posts, foreign governments, and local, faith-based, private sectors, and governmental implementers on their bio-risk management in consultation with other relevant Departmental and interagency partners. They will provide input on bio-risk management aspects during the design, selection, and implementation of new program instruments, performance metrics, and milestone frameworks. The advisor will review GHS project bio-safety and bio-security plans for alignment with global standards, as well as with U.S. national security, non-proliferation, and other U.S. policies and priorities and facilitate necessary Departmental and interagency reviews. This position will advise countries on U.S. and ISO standards and best practices and serve as a bio-risk expert for Global Health Security Directorate (GHSD) programming and related initiatives, as well as serve as or advise GHSD's representative on interagency and Departmental bio-risk management-related processes.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Advanced project management expertise in overseeing multisectoral (human and zoonotic) programs, with a focus on biosafety and biosecurity.
  • Experience with foreign policy, development, and technical aspects related to bio-risk management, U.S. and ISO biosafety and biosecurity standards,
  • Experience with international programming related to surveillance, public health innovation, multisectoral laboratory systems, specimen and data sharing, bio surveillance, research security, and/or data security.
  • Strong analytical stills and judgement to advise on bio-risk management to ensure all GHS-related awards are implemented in a safe and secure manner, taking into account the intertwined public health, technical, legal, non-proliferation, economic security, and national security aspects and needs.

Project Overview

The project is a 1.3 GW simple-cycle power generation facility located in Millersport, Ohio, being constructed adjacent to a hyperscale data center campus. The facility includes multiple power generation technologies consisting of Solar Titan 130 gas turbines, Siemens SGT800 gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery energy storage systems (BESS), substations, and associated balance of plant infrastructure.

The scope includes major civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, underground utility, control systems, and commissioning works required to support phased energization and turnover of the facility. Construction will be executed through a combination of direct hire and subcontracted labor supported by modularization, pre-assembly, offsite warehousing, and advanced work packaging methodologies.

Job Summary

Supports construction execution through the development and maintenance of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP), Installation Work Packages (IWPs), construction readiness plans, and workface planning activities. Utilizes 4D scheduling and visualization tools to support construction sequencing, identify constraints, improve productivity, and ensure work fronts are ready for execution.

Coordinates closely with Field Engineering, Superintendents, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Construction teams to forecast upcoming work, track constraints, support hydrotest planning, and ensure labor, materials, equipment, and engineering deliverables are aligned with construction priorities. This role will start in Reston, VA then mobilize to the site in Ohio.

Medication management and individual psychotherapy are the most common forms of clinical work performed at OMH, but our clinicians also perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed and/or appropriate to a wide range of presenting problems of our patients.

Typically, clinicians work between Mondays Fridays somewhere between the hours of 7:00 AM 7:00 PM.

Focus on the patient's care without the hassle or any additional on-call responsibilities. Simply cover the care for you own patients! Our medical staff and clinical psychotherapists focus on the patient's care and our back-office support team handles the rest. This allows our clinicians time to be spent where it should be; with the patients they serve. Each clinician is responsible for clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions. Once that's complete, our support team will handle all billing, collections, credentialing, etc. Once you leave the office for the day, your time is yours. No additional on-call responsibilities and no time spent wasted dealing with insurance companies.
