Compensation - Average Annual Salary $85,000 to $100,000 plus per year which includes:
  • Training pay $40.00 per hour.
  • After training activity-based pay (miles, stops, etc.).
  • Tenured drivers making up to $130,000 per year.
  • Typically work 48-52 hours per week.
  • Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

  • Routes awarded by bidding board daily, based on seniority; typically takes 1-2 years to access most desirable routes.
  • Approximately 1-3 layovers per week; overnight stay in company paid hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Route delivery, driver unload, lift-gate, pallet jack, curve ramp, and 2-wheel hand cart
  • Touch freight, case delivery of food-grade products to warehouses and end-users
  • Drive CDL A day cabs with 53' trailers to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
  • Secure pallets using straps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.
  • Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
  • Reporting maintenance/repair issues on tractors and trailers
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
  • Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen.
  • Minimum 100,000 miles and/or 1 year CDL A driving experience required.
  • Prior local route delivery experience highly preferred, including l ocal, multiple-stop delivery using hand-cart, ramp, pallet jack preferred.
  • Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
  • Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Position Overview

Employed position within Bronson Medical Group with a Monday – Friday day schedule. Portion of clinic will be general neurology with ability to subspecialize. Adhere to organization and departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Document patient care conversations, care provided, and all other work as defined by organizational standards in the EMR.

The position is within the Division of Interventional Radiology in the MGB Enterprise Service Group. The Enterprise Service Group at Mass General Brigham is a team of sub‑specialized radiologists developed to improve patient access to healthcare and support unprecedented volume growth across multiple community hospitals and imaging centers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

The Medical Director of Interventional Radiology (IR) at Wentworth Douglass Hospital (WDH) is responsible for day‑to‑day management of Interventional Radiology professional operations. This position plays a critical role in facilitating IR clinical workflows, quality assurance, faculty oversight, and patient care at the WDH campus, Mass General Brigham. The Medical Director will work closely with Mass General Brigham (MGB) Enterprise Radiology IR Division Chief, technical leadership, faculty members, and staff to ensure high‑quality patient care, operational efficiency, and the development of IR faculty members.

Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily professional operations within IR at WDH, ensuring efficient, patient‑centered workflows.
