Are you looking for a Bilingual school-based Speech-Language Pathologist position to work in a great school district? We are seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to fill this need.
.
PEL/Type 73 is required prior to the start date. Duties include:
* Conduct speech-language screenings following specified screening protocols for Elementary ages.
* Immediate need and will work through until May 21, 2026.
* Provide speech-language services to students who do not need full-time monitoring of performance.
* Spanish/English required and fluent at all age levels
* Assist with documentation, material preparation, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Must hold an appropriate Degree in Communications Sciences Disorders, or Speech-Language Pathology. The Illinois state license (from IDFPR) is not required but you must show proof of PEL/ Type 73 license and CCCs. Bilingual in Spanish required with Endorsement.

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care per the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. What You'll Do:

The Horizons Program is open to external candidates and current Memorial Health colleagues in the first year of their major program of study and will graduate in May 2027. Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited allied health program that aligns with Memorial's workforce needs, maintain the minimum required GPA and have completed all prerequisite coursework. Applicants must complete an employment application and an interview as part of the competitive selection process. Individuals selected for the Horizons Program must maintain satisfactory academic progress, have no active corrective actions on file, and exhibit behaviors that align with Memorial's values to remain eligible.
Benefits of Working While In School

Financial Opportunities

What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive care during patient visits, discuss chief complaints, obtain vital signs, complete health history, and document health information in the EMR system
  • Conduct phone triage to assess patient needs and coordinate follow-up care
  • Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments, including IV starts when ordered, while educating patients on procedures and medications

Qualifications:

What You'll Do:

  • Provides office and/or home visits for clients throughout the pregnancy and postpartum period and performs assessment of newborn within one week of delivery
  • Performs interventions and health education for prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care clients as requested
  • Maintains files and forms that document intervention activities, in compliance with State, Clinic, and grant guidelines
  • Serves as a mentor to nursing students, community health workers, and new Public Health Nursing staff
  • Performs clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and YVFWC requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Associate's Degree with two years' experience in parent-child nursing may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree. Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) only: Required education must meet terms of National Service Office (NSO) requirements and/or variances
