About the Role

Wing is looking for a Flight Operations Support Coordinator to join our Flight Operations team based in St Louis, Memphis, Cincinnati, or Phoenix for a 36-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will work with Wing Flight Operations Support Manager and Vendor Employee Team Leads to align staffing resource requirements with availability. Your primary duty will be to assist Wing regional or national Flight Operations Support managers in Ground Support scheduling for a group of Wing commercial drone delivery operating sites. You will also support onboarding of new vendor employees as crew members and help ensure crew equipment readiness at Wing operating sites. You will occasionally function as a crew member to support special requirements such as training, maintenance activities, or demonstrations. What You'll Do

  • Report to Wing Senior Flight Operations Support Manager or Regional Site Lead as assigned and work from the Wing regional central base or local crew base
  • Partner with Vendor Employee Team Leads to develop Ground Support and Visual Observer crew schedules for approval
  • Obtain required compliance records for vendor staff for the Wing Flight Operations training team
  • Identify initial and recurring training requirements for Vendor staff and coordinate with Wing Regional Lead and Wing Flight Operations training team to schedule trainings

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years experience with scheduling of teams of at least 10 people, including 1+ years operational experience with Commercial Drone operations in the US and 1+ years of experience as a field technician, or equivalent experience

Provides appropriate respiratory care specific to the pediatric population in accordance with the hospital policy/procedure. Assesses, plans and implements appropriate respiratory plan of care based on the cardiopulmonary needs of the patients. Evaluates effectiveness of plan of care and recommends revisions to the multidisciplinary care team

Essential Functions

  • Set up and operate devices such as mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, environmental control systems, and aerosol generators, following specified parameters of treatment.
  • Determine requirements for treatment, such as type, methods and duration of therapy, precautions to be taken, and medication and dosages, compatible with physician's orders.
  • Read physicians' orders, measure arterial blood gases, and review patient information to assess patient's condition.
  • Explain treatment procedures to patients to gain cooperation and allay fears.
  • Monitor patient's physiological responses to therapy such as vital signs, arterial blood gases and blood chemistry changes and consult with physician if adverse reactions occur.
  • Administer therapeutic gases including nitrogen, nitric oxide, heliox, etc.
  • Enforce safety rules and ensure careful adherence to physicians' orders.
  • Maintain charts that contain patient pertinent identification and therapy information.
  • Inspect, clean, test, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment to ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently and notify manager/supervisor when repairs are necessary.
  • Educate patients and/or their families about the patient's condition and teach appropriate disease management techniques such as breathing exercises and the use of medications and respiratory equipment.
  • Perform broncho-pulmonary drainage and assist or instruct patients in performance of breathing exercises.
  • Conduct lung capacity tests to evaluate patient's cardiopulmonary functions.
  • Provide emergency care, including artificial respiration, external cardiac massage and assistance with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
  • Complete all required respiratory therapy competency tests within specified timeline.
  • Demonstrate competency in identified technical skills for the respiratory department at the specific work area.
  • Other duties may also include Clinical Instructor (schedule dependent on the contract with Respiratory Therapy schools):
  • Supervise contracted Respiratory Therapy (RT) students from specified schools in the clinical hospital setting.
  • Orients RT students to their role in the hospital, which includes scope of service, policies and procedures, patient safety, and professionalism.
  • Orients RT students to the equipment used by RT at Children's.

About the Role

The HSE Manager will develop and implement Health, Safety and Environmental programs, procedures, associated training, and guidance documents for North America. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, healthy, and safety regulations.

  • Support achievement and implementation of OSHA and other regulatory agency requirements.
  • Lead incident/injury investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Educate and train project team members in safety requirements, best practices in incident preventions.
  • Perform health and safety inspections, assessments, and audits
  • Coordinate, review, and monitor non-routine work activities that have the potential to adversely impact operations, the environment, or health & safety.
  • Develops project plans and timelines based on strategic EHS goals and objectives.
  • Partner with departments to recognize hazards and prevent injuries.
  • Conduct training including but not limited to new hire orientation, compliance, forklift, scissor lift, LOTO, Machine guarding, chemical hygiene, etc.
  • Administer EH&S programs driving participation, data entry, evaluation, and reporting.
  • Maintain required records for safety training, safety inspections, and other EHS tasks.
  • Answer questions and assist associates, supervisors, and contractors on EHS related matters.
  • Manage safety shoe and prescriptive eyewear programs.
  • Coordinate hazardous waste shipments
  • Disposal of hazardous waste in appropriate waste container and transport to central accumulation area
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) experience and/or chemical safety in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, or Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations.
  • Experience conducting incident evaluations to identify root cause and corrective actions.
  • Two years of general industry safety experience strongly preferred.
  • OSHA 30 General Industry strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Attending and participating in regional marketing meetings and/or training sessions
  • Communicating regularly with the Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on key initiatives, challenges, and regional activity
  • Submitting consistent competitive intelligence samples to the recruiting intelligence portal
  • Staying on top of quality issues, rules, industry regulations and protocols related to marketing, such as acceptable Fair Housing language; national, state and local Association of REALTORS requirements; MLS and all Coldwell Banker identity standards

Travel requirements include:

  • Ability to, and an environment conducive for, work from home a day or two a week.

Revlon is seeking a Director, Quality Control to lead Quality Control laboratory operations at the Oxford, NC manufacturing site. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, compliant testing and release of raw materials, bulk product, packaging materials, labels, and finished goods in support of FDA-regulated cosmetics and OTC manufacturing.

The Director will provide hands-on technical and people leadership for QC laboratory operations, analytical testing, microbiology, stability, method validation, laboratory investigations, data integrity, and continuous improvement. The role will strengthen lab performance, build capability, improve right-first-time execution, and ensure the QC organization operates in a perpetual state of inspection readiness. This leader will partner closely with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Engineering, Supply Chain, and site leadership to support compliant production, timely product release, and sustained quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control Laboratory Leadership

  • Lead day-to-day QC laboratory operations, including chemical, physical, analytical, microbiological, raw material, bulk, packaging, stability, and finished goods testing.
  • Ensure testing, documentation, review, and release activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable FDA, cGMP, internal, and customer requirements.
  • Establish priorities, staffing plans, workflows, and laboratory schedules to support manufacturing operations and business needs.
  • Maintain inspection-ready laboratory practices, equipment, documentation, and records.
  • Manage the budget and capex for QC department.

Analytical Methods, Validation, and Technical Excellence

  • Oversee analytical method qualification, validation, verification, transfer, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure laboratory methods are scientifically sound, fit for purpose, and consistently executed.
  • Provide technical direction for OOS, OOT, atypical result, deviation, and laboratory investigations.
  • Partner with R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Manufacturing on new product launches, reformulations, technology transfers, and troubleshooting.

Compliance, Data Integrity, and Laboratory Systems

  • Ensure QC operations comply with applicable FDA, cGMP, cGLP, data integrity, ISO 22716, internal quality, and site procedures.
  • Maintain robust laboratory documentation, sample management, specifications, testing records, equipment logs, and controlled procedures.
  • Oversee laboratory equipment qualification, calibration, maintenance, and readiness.
  • Support regulatory inspections, customer audits, internal audits, and inspection response activities related to QC operations.

Operational Performance and Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and monitor QC performance metrics, including testing cycle time, release performance, right-first-time, invalid assay rate, OOS/OOT trends, backlog, and investigation aging.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase laboratory efficiency, reduce rework, improve throughput, and strengthen compliance.
  • Drive standardization, simplification, digital enablement, and improved use of laboratory systems and data.
  • Partner with site leadership to resolve quality, manufacturing, material, and supply constraints affecting product release.

People Leadership and Culture

  • Lead, coach, and develop QC managers, supervisors, analysts, microbiologists, technicians, and laboratory support personnel.
  • Build a culture of scientific rigor, accountability, collaboration, urgency, and continuous learning.
  • Assess team capability, create development plans, strengthen succession, and ensure appropriate training and qualification.
  • Serve as a visible, engaged leader who connects laboratory priorities to Oxford's broader operational and quality transformation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive Quality Control, laboratory, analytical, or manufacturing quality experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing, preferably OTC, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, personal care, or consumer health.
  • Significant leadership experience in QC laboratory operations, including analytical chemistry and/or microbiology.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA expectations, laboratory investigations, data integrity, analytical method validation, stability, and laboratory equipment systems.
  • Experience supporting regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, improve performance, and build technical capability.

The base pay range for this position is $136,000.00 - $170,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 4 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
