We are committed to clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and meaningful community impact, and we’re looking for an Associate Dentist who shares that vision.

This is more than a job. It’s a long-term opportunity with clear mentorship, leadership development, and partnership potential.

Why Benchmark Dental?

  • Modern technology and systems that support high-level clinical care
  • Structured mentorship for clinical and business growth
  • Clear path to partnership for the right fit
  • Collaborative, accountable, and growth-minded team culture

We believe in building confident clinicians and future leaders, not just filling chairs.

  • A doctor who values comprehensive, patient-centered care
  • Growth-oriented and coachable, with a desire to expand clinical skillset
  • Interested in long-term stability and ownership potential
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with patients and team

  • Business and leadership development
  • A collaborative team that supports your production goals
  • Competitive compensation structure with upside potential
  • Clear roadmap toward partnership

About the Practice & Support Model

Benchmark Dental partners with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization designed to help private practices grow without sacrificing autonomy or culture.

Simply put, Accelerate provides behind-the-scenes operational support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and business resources, so our doctors can stay focused on delivering exceptional patient care, strengthening team collaboration, and continuing to elevate the standard of care within the community.

This is not a corporate dentistry model. You will work directly for Benchmark Dental alongside the same doctor and team each day, maintaining clinical independence and decision-making authority, while benefiting from additional infrastructure that supports mentorship, leadership development, and long-term partnership opportunities.

At Benchmark Dental, you get the best of both worlds: the culture and autonomy of a private practice with the stability and growth resources of a strong support organization.

If you are ready to grow clinically, professionally, and financially, while being part of a practice that genuinely sets the benchmark, we would love to connect.
