Assignment: 8 hours per day, 207 days per year 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mid-August to mid-June (207 days per year) Position is not scheduled to work during winter break or spring break.

Summary/Primary Objective of Position: To provide data and partner management for the VANTAGE-Momentum program. VANTAGE and Momentum works with over 1,300 community volunteers each year and starting in 2026-27, over 1200 students. The Office Assistant is also responsible for providing office administrative leadership for the VANTAGE-Momentum program including leadership, instructors and students.

Job Responsibilities:

MUST KNOW WALKING IN

  • Vietnamese fluency strongly preferred — the team can train new hires much more effectively when they speak Vietnamese. Basic English is sufficient; full fluency is not required.

  • Hands-on manual mill operation experience required — Chevalier or similar manual mill experience strongly preferred.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy parts and fixtures.

  • Ability to read blueprints and job travelers, and check parts and materials against them.

  • Careful, safety-conscious approach — attentive to coolant spills and machine safety at all times.

  • Attention to detail — able to make precise adjustments to keep parts within print specifications.

One Federal Solution is seeking Credentialing Specialists to support a large federal identity credentialing program. The Credentialing Specialist will perform credential enrollment, issuance, activation, inventory management, and customer support activities while ensuring compliance with established credentialing policies and security procedures. This position supports secure identity management operations at federal facilities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day credentialing operations at assigned federal facilities.
  • Assist with enrollment, issuance, activation, and maintenance of identification credentials.
  • Manage daily appointments using the credentialing scheduling system.
  • Issue and activate SmartID and access credentials.
  • Perform certificate rekey, PIN reset, credential updates, and other credential lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain credential inventory and accountability using credential inventory management tools.
  • Secure credentials in accordance with established security requirements.
  • Contact employees and contractors to coordinate credential issuance and activation appointments.
  • Collect expired or terminated credentials and ensure proper disposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of credential issuance, collection, and inventory activities.
  • Perform Registrar, Activator, and Card Custodian responsibilities as assigned.
  • Support shipment of credentialing materials and Light Activation Kits when required.
  • Respond to applicant questions regarding credential status and issuance.
  • Provide administrative support, documentation management, scheduling, and operational support.
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing policies, security procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional identity management and credentialing duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required. Four (4) years of directly related work experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
  • Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting HSPD-12 or Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credentialing programs.
  • Knowledge of FIPS 201, PKI, FICAM, or federal identity management processes.
  • Experience using credentialing systems such as USAccess or similar identity management systems.
  • Experience operating credentialing equipment, including Fixed Credentialing Units, Mobile Credentialing Units, Light Activation Kits, credential printers, scanners, laptops, and related hardware.
  • Previous experience supporting federal government credentialing or security operations.
Clearance Requirements

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain the required federal background investigation and credentialing requirements for this program, including:

  • U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
  • Ability to satisfy federal background investigation requirements.
  • Demonstrated federal tax compliance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required federal credentials.
Work Location

This position supports credentialing operations at federal facilities nationwide. Assignments are available at multiple locations across the United States and Puerto Rico based on operational needs.

Job Summary

The Bindery Cutter Operator is responsible for the accurate and efficient cutting of printed materials, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are prepared for either further processing or for distribution to customers. The Cutter Operator will utilize cutting equipment to perform finishing operations. The Cutter may also assist with related bindery tasks as needed. Working with the Production Manager, the Vice President of Operations, and with cross-functional Production departments, the Cutter Operator contributes to company success by efficiently delivering consistent, high-quality finished print projects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Accurately and consistently log jobs in and out of Pace throughout the workday.
  • Operate and maintain cutting equipment, ensuring precise trimming and cutting of printed materials according to specifications. 
  • Set up and adjust cutting machines for different job specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality during the cutting process.
  • When needed, perform pre-run checks and coordinate with the Production Manager or another production team member for approval before full production runs. 
  • Monitor equipment during cutting operations for proper functioning and address any issues immediately. 
  • Handle, organize, and inspect printed materials, ensuring that they are ready for the cutting process and that they meet job specifications.
  • Follow job tickets and production schedules to prioritize and complete finishing work efficiently and accurately. 
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality, addressing and resolving any issues or defects in the binding or finishing. Ensure that finished products meet client specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other production departments to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of print projects. 
  • Regularly check inventory of cutting supplies and notify the Production Manager when reorders of materials are needed. 
  • Perform routine maintenance (lubricating, replacement of worn parts) and troubleshooting, notifying the Production Manager of maintenance tasks as well as of unresolved maintenance issues. 
  • Operate other machines or assist in hand bindery when needed.
  • Use a pallet jack to move pallets with blank or printed stock from one location to another.
  • Keep work area neat and orderly.
  • Prioritize jobs and schedule work in coordination with the Production Manager and the VP of Operations. 
  • Implement quality assurance processes to minimize waste and rework.
  • Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 
  • Adhere to environmental and regulatory requirements related to bindery processes and materials.
  • Report issues to supervisors or management.
  • Mandatory overtime may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of the printing processes and equipment, press specifications and capabilities to produce digital printing.
  • Knowledge of specifications for paper types, sizes, and weights required to properly handle, cute, and prepare various printed material. 
  • Knowledge of safety regulations related to cutting equipment.
  • Possesses a positive customer orientation and an ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to use Ironmark resources to their fullest.
  • Must be a team player who can effectively collaborate with others to meet objectives.
  • Must thrive under tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Industry Experience: Must have 10+ years of experience in the Print industry, with a focus on cutting and finishing operations

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 95% of the time.
  • Must be able to work Mandatory overtime.
  • Visual acuity to review and verify print inputs and outputs.
  • Manual dexterity to operate printers, computers, and other equipment.
  • Ability to easily navigate the workplace, including offices and production areas, to supervise and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and with members of cross-functional departments.
  • Frequently work on projects that require deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment or materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
