Job Summary and Qualifications

  • Performs superior/quality diagnostic images under the guidance of a Radiologist on all ages
  • Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic radiological environment based on practice standards, radiation safety guidelines that include monitoring.
  • Participates in departmental Performance Improvement activities

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Required
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician-AART or MRT in TX
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
  • Associates Degree or equivalent Military Radiologic Technologist training per ARRT

Job Details

The Senior Controls Engineer is responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and supporting industrial automation systems for conveyor, robotic, and systems integration projects. This position owns controls engineering activities from the initial sales and design phases through installation, startup, commissioning, and ongoing customer support. Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission pollution control equipment, including Engineered Kitchen Ventilators, at customer sites according to company standards and guidelines.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pollution control equipment, including Engineered Kitchen Ventilators and exhaust fans, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Diagnostic Analysis: Conduct diagnostic analysis of equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner, particularly focusing on Engineered Kitchen Ventilators and pollution control systems.
Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and components, ensuring availability for maintenance and repair activities related to pollution control equipment.
Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pollution control equipment, including Engineered Kitchen Ventilators and exhaust fans.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs, specifically tailored to pollution control equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during service visits, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others, with a particular emphasis on pollution control systems.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and customer satisfaction, and provide feedback to the engineering and operations teams, focusing on pollution control equipment.
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and product developments related to pollution control equipment through ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
Proven experience as a service technician or similar role, preferably in the industrial equipment or pollution control industry, with a focus on Engineered Kitchen Ventilators, pollution control equipment, and exhaust fans.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex pollution control equipment, including Engineered Kitchen Ventilators and exhaust fans.
Familiarity with electrical systems, including standard motor controls, VFDs, and single and three-phase motors, particularly in the context of pollution control equipment.
Experience with airflow and static pressure measuring devices, as well as the ability to read and understand electrical plans and diagrams for pollution control systems.
Knowledge of high and low voltage systems, with a strong understanding of electrical and control circuits relevant to pollution control equipment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
