Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Highly effective cross‑functional team management
  • Previous experience delivering finely‑tuned product marketing strategies
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Ideally, you will also have

  • Master’s degree in product design or engineering
  • Previous software and web development experience
  • Proven experience working as a product developer in a non‑managerial role

  • A seasoned property management professional with 10–15 years of experience within NYC condominiums and co-ops
  • A business-minded leader with a bachelor’s degree; an MBA or master’s in finance or management is a plus
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff
  • Comfortable managing complex capital projects, including façade restorations, mechanical upgrades, and interior renovations
  • A confident communicator who builds trust with boards, owners, and high-net-worth clients
  • Skilled in pitching and onboarding new clients, with a track record of driving growth

Salary Range: $175,000 – 225,000 annually + bonus, based on experience

Location: NYC – Company is based in Manhattan; portfolio includes buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and LIC. Role requires frequent site visits.
