The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. More than 500 full-time salaried physicians and advanced practice clinicians who focus on patient centered care.

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Join and lead an established group of 4 Nephrologists and 2 Nurse Practitioners
  • 100% Nephrology Practice
  • 60% outpatient clinic and hospital responsibilities at Bassett Medical Center
  • 40% regional travel to clinic and dialysis centers
  • Potential for Medical Directorship of dialysis units owned and operated by Bassett Healthcare Network
  • Call is typically 9-10 weeks per year – Monday 8 AM – Monday 8 AM
  • 30-50 follow up dialysis patients
  • 10-30 follow up transplant patients
  • Potential for faculty appointment from Columbia
  • Daily interaction with medical students as well as Internal Medicine and Transitional residents.

  • Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in healthcare administration or a medical/health care-related discipline.
  • Ten or more years of experience in healthcare including prior leadership experience.
  • An exceptional ability to communicate the mission of the Joint Commission and to promote the Joint Commission’s leadership in assessing and improving the quality of health care.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals at various levels both inside and outside of the organization, sometimes in sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated presentation and analytical skills.

  • Stay current on eDiscovery market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments (e.g., FRCP updates, data privacy implications) to provide informed guidance to partners and prospects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay partner feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and ensure partners have up-to-date collateral and resources.
  • Identify and refer direct sales opportunities surfaced through the partner network to appropriate internal teams.
  • Represent Reef Discovery at key industry conferences, trade shows, and legal technology events (e.g., LegalTech, ILTA, CLOC).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; JD or legal background a plus.
  • At least 6–10 years of sales experience, with a significant portion focused on channel partner sales, business development, or partner management in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Prior eDiscovery, legal technology, or LegalTech industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage productive channel partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding channel revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the eDiscovery ecosystem, including key players across law firms, corporations, and service providers.
  • Proven sales lifecycle experience—from partner identification and recruitment through deal closing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure creative deal arrangements.
  • Established capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving legal, IT, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to present confidently to both legal and technical audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Job Description

What You Get To Do: As the Program Director you will have oversight and be responsible for coordinating and managing the overall assigned program or programs (residential and/or day program) in relation to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD). This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.

Main duties include:

  • Personnel management and program coordination including orientation and ongoing training.
  • Monitor all aspects of the program including developing individual goals and plans, and implementing the program.
  • Coordinate and manage the overall operations, medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the programs, through guiding and directing the designee of the site.

Hours

  • Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm. Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to be on call when needed. This includes weekends and odd hours.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field of study required.
  • At least 1 year full time, direct experience working with participants with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience in management and working with development disabilities
  • Demonstrated good decision-making, time management and communication skills; responsible, mature, and flexible.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process
