  • Safely and cooperatively engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-parties
  • Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locations
  • Carry out a series of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
  • Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
  • Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
  • Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
  • Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
  • Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Each day, you'll diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, identifying the best solutions to restore each truck to peak performance. Your work may include repairing or rebuilding major components such as cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems.

Each day, you'll have the opportunity to continue improving your skills while working alongside other highly trained technicians in a fully equipped shop. With the right tools, training, and support at your disposal, you'll perform top-quality work that makes a real impact.

This team member will work Monday Friday 3:30pm midnight.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks, including engine repair, electronic trouble-shooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair. Will also accept candidates with a Diesel tech degree and a mechanical aptitude/background.
  • Kenworth Essentials certifications preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge. Cummins and MX software experience preferred.
  • Self-motivation and assertiveness.
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Must provide own tools.

Compensation: $34.80-36.90/hr (Depending on Experience)
