As a Shop Mechanic II your key responsibilities include performing advanced tasks in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and construction equipment. Lead electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. What it takes:

  • 2-5+ years of experience working on pickup trucks (Ford preferred), heavy trucks, construction or utility related equipment, and trailers

What You Will Do as a Shift Supervisor

  • You will review and monitor all assignments related to Health & Safety of the students and environmental maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Customer Journey Management

  • Support the customer intake process by setting appointment expectations and delivering a quality experience throughout. 
  • Perform effective schedule management by coordinating, screening, and confirming appointments both in-person and over the phone. 
  • Drive customer appointments to support store performance by making outbound calls to potential and existing customers. 

Store Administration & Operations

  • Monitor inventory, assist with billing and invoicing, and manage customer inquiries and walk-ins.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting and 2+ years in a direct customer support role. 
  • Appointment Management: 2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management. 
  • Communication: Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of IBM i Systems, related applications, and processing environments to ensure data integrity, system reliability, and effective support of agency operations.
  • Administer and maintain IBM i Systems, including backup and recovery processes, system configurations, and hardware/software security controls.
  • Direct and support staff in daily production processing activities, including monitoring IBM i operations, scheduled workloads, and the distribution of system-generated reports and data processing outputs.

Minimum Position Requirements
