The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN Resident provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." What will you do in this role:

  • Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s). Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Perform the administration of prescribed medications. Monitor patient for therapeutic response. Notify provider and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response to medication.

  • Manage production budgets and equipment purchases while maintaining operational efficiency and production quality.
  • Ensure all production systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operational.
  • Serve as the primary production contact for external events utilizing videoboard and broadcast resources within UNH Athletics facilities.
  • Work collaboratively with Wildcat Sports Properties to fulfill sponsorship obligations and integrate partner activations into game presentation and broadcast programming.
  • Partner with coaches, student-athletes, and athletics staff to develop creative content that promotes UNH Athletics and enhances fan engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, university, and applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of the mission and goals of UNH Athletics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in television production, sports management, journalism, communications, media production, or a related field.
  • Three years of professional experience in sports production, live event production, broadcasting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience producing and directing live broadcasts and event productions.
  • Experience supervising staff, students, or production crews.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience producing Division I collegiate athletics broadcasts.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard production technologies and software, including video editing, graphics, replay, and live production systems.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products, including Photoshop and InDesign, as well as broadcast production platforms and streaming technologies.

Working Conditions

This position requires frequent evening and weekend work in support of athletics events and special productions. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
