Youre organized, pay attention to detail, and help make sure the grow house team can work safely and efficiently.What Youll Do:As a Maintenance Technician at Curaleaf, youll help keep our facility safe, efficient, and in great condition by handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:Tour buildings and grounds regularly to identify and document facility needs or deficienciesComplete daily and preventative maintenance work orders, ensuring all assigned tasks are handled in a timely and thorough mannerRespond quickly to emergency work orders such as water leaks, clogged drains, loss of power, or other safety-related issuesPerform general repairs on doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, and bathroom fixturesReplace or restore ceilings, flooring, tiles, wall finishes, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and professional environmentInstall and troubleshoot lighting systems by changing bulbs, fixtures, switches, and circuit breakersMaintain plumbing fixtures by replacing washers, toilet seats, and other componentsComplete urgent and routine work orders, including moving, assembling, and installing freestanding or wall-mounted equipmentForward work orders that require completion by specific trades and ensure follow-up as neededPatch, paint, and perform minor masonry, roofing, or surface repairs as necessarySupport seasonal upkeep such as snow removal, de-icing, and general grounds maintenanceWhat Youll Bring:You have a high school diploma or GED, ideally paired with a certificate from a vocational or certified school in building maintenanceYou bring 35 years of hands-on experience in building or facility maintenance, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailYoure skilled in a wide range of maintenance tasks and tools, from electrical and plumbing repairs to carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenanceYou take a proactive, dependable, and safety-focused approach to your work and thrive whether working independently or as part of a teamYou communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, and maintain a customer-focused mindsetYoure comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, lifting heavy objects, and being outdoors in various weather conditionsYoure flexible and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to different shifts or hours to meet operational needsEven Better If:You have experience across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and paintingYou can confidently read and interpret prints, sketches, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and schematicsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistanceFrequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of timeRepetitive bending, squatting, and reachingAbility to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipmentAbility to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessaryEnvironmental ConditionsExposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogensExposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcoholExposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarmsExposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levelsCuraleaf Pay Transparency$20 - $22.50 USDWhat We Offer:Career Growth OpportunitiesCompetitive Pay and BenefitsGenerous PTO and Parental Leave401(K) Retirement PlanLife/ Disability InsuranceCommunity InvolvementReferral Bonuses and Product DiscountsBenefits vary by state, role type, and eligibility.Follow us on Social Media:Instagram:@curaleaf.usaTwitter:@Curaleaf_IncLinkedIn:Curaleaf LinkedInCuraleaf Holdings, Inc.
