Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Semiconductor FAB Technician to join our Production Department. The technician will support daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of semiconductor wafers.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain FAB equipment (e.g., etching, deposition, lithography).
  • Load and unload wafers from production tools with precision and care.
  • Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Conduct production inspection for first article of the lot and model change.
  • Inventory of daily usage of raw materials and tools at the production line (e.g., chemicals, film, singulation tools).
  • Take initial and containment actions and troubleshooting when the machines are down.
  • Control the recipe and teach the inspection area for inspection machines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cleanroom protocols.
  • Log production data, machine status, and process issues accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other operators to meet production goals.
  • Cooperate with regular maintenance and calibration of equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the FAB environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and science or equivalent required.
  • Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical or electrical skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom with full protective gear (gown, gloves, mask).
  • Willingness to work shifts (day, night, or rotating as needed).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule

  • 8 to 12-hour shifts (night shift).
  • Possible weekend or rotating schedule based on production needs.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Review application security vulnerabilities and determine whether reported findings represent legitimate security risks or false positives.
  • Perform analysis of vulnerability data to prioritize findings and support remediation decisions.
  • Partner directly with application development teams to communicate confirmed vulnerabilities and drive corrective action.
  • Track vulnerabilities through remediation and validate progress toward closure.
  • Maintain accurate status information across the application vulnerability portfolio.
  • Produce weekly reporting showing remediation progress, outstanding findings, and progress toward a zero-vulnerability backlog.
  • Help improve the effectiveness of application security operations by separating actionable findings from false-positive noise.

Do You Bring Proven Success in Application Security Vulnerability Analysis?

  • Bring senior-level experience supporting information security, application security, vulnerability management, or closely related security functions.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of application security vulnerabilities and the ability to evaluate security findings for validity and risk.
  • Have experience distinguishing true positives from false positives in vulnerability findings.
  • Bring strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including the ability to track remediation progress across multiple applications or development teams.
  • Understand software development environments well enough to communicate effectively with developers regarding vulnerability findings and remediation.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate ambiguous security findings.
  • Communicate clearly with technical stakeholders and follow issues through resolution.
  • Experience operating within a large, highly regulated enterprise environment is strongly beneficial.
