About North American Dental Sleep Management

North American Dental Sleep Management (NADSM) is an administrative and management services organization dedicated to supporting a growing network of Dental and Sleep Medicine PLLCs across the country. We partner with dental and sleep medicine providers to deliver the operational infrastructure, administrative expertise, and management support they need to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional patient care.

Our team works behind the scenes to ensure the practices we support run efficiently and effectively, handling the complexities of day-to-day operations so clinicians can dedicate their time and energy to their patients. NADSM serves as the backbone of a dynamic and expanding group of practices at the intersection of two rapidly growing fields—dental care and sleep medicine.

We believe that when the right administrative and operational support is in place, providers can do their best work and patients experience better outcomes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy helping people, we'd love to have you on our team.

Position Summary

North American Dental Sleep Management is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Services Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients calling Sleep Better Austin and Frontier Sleep & Wellness.

In this role, you'll be the voice of our practices—answering inbound calls, assisting patients with questions, routing calls to the appropriate team members, and helping ensure every patient receives a positive experience from their very first interaction. Resolve general questions regarding office locations, hours, directions, appointment information, and practice services.

Take complete, accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up when direct transfers are unavailable.

Recognize urgent or clinical calls and escalate them according to established protocols.

Administrative Support

Support scheduling and other administrative functions during lower call-volume periods.

Monitor call flow and identify recurring routing or communication issues.

Communicate trends or operational concerns to the Administrative Lead to improve the patient experience.

Assist with additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Patient Experience

Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every patient.

Deliver compassionate, courteous, and efficient service with every interaction.

Sales Manager
Handoff
Austin, TX

Job Description

Job Description
Why join us?
Handoff is the AI agent that runs a construction company. We help remodelers automate estimating, streamline operations, and win more work - backed by real-time cost data, intuitive design, and workflows that “speak contractor.” With over 10,000 monthly active users and $6B in annualized project volume already flowing through our platform, we’re becoming the trusted partner for the people who build our homes.
We are backed by $25M+ raised from Y Combinator, Initialized, and Greycroft. Our team is distributed across hubs in Austin, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and we are deeply focused on building intuitive, high-impact solutions that make a real difference for our users.

Sales Manager at Handoff

We're hiring a Sales Manager to build and scale Handoff's sales function into a high-performance, predictable revenue engine — with full ownership across outbound, inbound, re-engagement, and expansion motions.

In this role you'll design and run the core sales operating system: hiring and developing reps, building pipeline generation engines, improving inbound conversion, and partnering with Customer Success on account expansion. You'll own forecasting, performance management, and the playbooks that make results repeatable.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a sales function from scratch before — not just managed within one. You combine sharp operational discipline with strong coaching instincts, move fast in ambiguous environments, and thrive when given full ownership of outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Build and scale a structured outbound (cold) sales engine — defining ICP, targeting, messaging, cadence, and activity benchmarks
  • Own inbound conversion performance: speed-to-lead, qualification rigor, and closing execution
  • Launch a re-engagement motion to convert stalled and lost opportunities into pipeline
  • Partner with Customer Success to build account expansion playbooks that drive incremental revenue
  • Hire, onboard, and develop high-performing sales reps; establish a culture of urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Coach reps in real time through call reviews, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1s
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot) and own pipeline reporting and forecast accuracy
  • Track core KPIs — conversion rates, revenue per rep, pipeline velocity — and drive continuous improvement
  • Create repeatable sales playbooks across all funnel stages to reduce performance variance
About you
  • 5–8+ years of sales experience, with 2–4+ years in management
  • Track record building or scaling sales teams in early-stage environments (0→1 or 1→10)
  • Hands-on ownership of the full funnel: cold outbound, inbound conversion, re-engagement, and expansion
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing reps
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot or Salesforce) — you own forecasting directly
  • SMB experience ($1M–$10M revenue range)
  • Strong preference for construction, home services, or operational SMB verticals
  • Excellent in-office leadership presence; willingness to travel to Buenos Aires 1–3x/year
What we offer
  • Competitive Salary + Equity
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • 401(k)
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Life & Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Dependent Care FSA (DC FSA)
  • Top-Notch Equipment - Choose your laptop!
  • Team Offsites

If you're excited to build a best-in-class sales engine from the ground up and turn ambiguity into a repeatable, high-performing machine, we'd love to meet you.

Handoff is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Handoff is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment. Construction Field Coordinator
Sunstar Construction
Saint George, UT

Job Description

Job Description

SUNSTAR CONSTRUCTION

Construction Field Coordinator

Full-Time | $23.00-$25.00 per hour | Construction Experience Required

Job Description

Sunstar Construction is looking for an experienced, dependable Construction Field Coordinator to help keep our projects moving efficiently from the initial site visit through active construction.

This is not just a delivery or general labor position.

You will be one of the first people representing Sunstar at many job sites. You will perform initial site inspections, document existing conditions, take measurements and photos, communicate information back to our project team, and help coordinate the movement of materials and supplies to active projects.

We are looking for someone who already understands construction, can walk onto a job site and recognize what they are looking at, communicates well, stays organized, and doesn't need to be constantly supervised.

Previous construction experience is required.

Primary Responsibilities

·         Perform initial site inspections for new construction and repair projects

·         Meet with customers and/or project contacts professionally at the job site

·         Inspect and document existing site conditions

·         Take clear, detailed job-site photos and measurements

·         Gather the information needed by Project Managers and Estimators

·         Identify visible construction concerns and communicate findings to the project team

·         Create accurate field notes and job documentation

·         Pick up, load, transport, and deliver construction materials to active job sites

·         Help ensure crews have the materials they need to keep projects moving

·         Move tools and equipment between projects when needed

·         Check active job sites and communicate progress, material needs, or concerns

·         Maintain an organized and professional company vehicle

·         Keep materials, tools, receipts, and job documentation organized

·         Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Estimators, office staff, subcontractors, and field crews

·         Assist with other field operations as needed

What We're Looking For

The right person for this position is someone who understands construction and can be trusted to operate independently in the field.

You should be able to walk onto a project, assess what is happening, gather useful information, and communicate it clearly to the rest of the team.

Required Qualifications

·         Previous construction experience is required

·         Working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction

·         Ability to identify common construction materials and building components

·         Ability to take accurate measurements

·         Comfortable using a tape measure and basic construction tools

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Good written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to take organized, useful job-site photos

·         Ability to follow instructions and established company procedures

·         Strong organizational and time-management skills

·         Ability to manage multiple stops, projects, and priorities throughout the day

·         Comfortable interacting professionally with customers

·         Self-motivated and able to work independently

·         Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

·         Reliable transportation to and from work

·         Ability to safely operate a company truck

·         Ability to pass applicable background and driving-record requirements

Physical Requirements

This is an active field position. Applicants must be comfortable working in construction environments.

·         Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds

·         Lift heavier materials with assistance

·         Load and unload construction materials

·         Climb ladders

·         Walk active construction sites

·         Work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas when necessary

·         Bend, kneel, stand, walk, push, pull, and carry materials throughout the workday

·         Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay

$23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on construction experience and qualifications

·         Full-time position

·         Overtime opportunities may be available

·         Opportunities for advancement based on performance and ability

Benefits

·         Employer-matched 401(k)

·         Health insurance pays 75% after 90 days

·         Paid holidays

·         Paid vacation / PTO

·         Company vehicle

·         Opportunity for continued training and advancement

Schedule

·         Full-time

·         Monday through Friday

·         Additional hours or overtime may occasionally be required depending on project needs

Who Will Succeed in This Position?

This position is a good fit for someone who has worked in construction but is looking for a role that combines construction knowledge, problem-solving, driving, organization, and field coordination rather than spending the entire day performing labor.

You need to be comfortable making decisions in the field, asking questions when something doesn't look right, and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

We value people who are dependable, organized, proactive, professional, and willing to get things done.

If you have construction experience and want a position where you can become an important part of keeping multiple projects organized and moving forward, we'd like to hear from you.
