  • Execute and enforce clinical policies and procedures to ensure consistent, compliant service delivery.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes related to clinical performance, documentation integrity, and treatment effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical documentation; direct adjustments as clinically indicated.
  • Oversee the collection, review, and analysis of clinical data to inform treatment decisions and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation across clinical teams.
  • Monitor incident reports within the clinic, emphasizing de‑escalation strategies, proactive antecedent interventions, and appropriate use of Safety‑Care procedures.
  • Analyze incident trends at the clinic level and implement programmatic, environmental, or staffing adjustments to reduce incident frequency and severity.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions following incidents are implemented and documented to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
  • Monitor clinic‑level productivity and utilization, identify barriers to service delivery, and collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director to implement corrective strategies.

Supervision, Training, and Professional Development

  • Serve as the direct supervisor for BCBAs and applicable clinical staff within the clinic.
