What Will You Be Doing?

Essential Functions:

  • Invoices Caterpillar and non-CAT rentals, damage charges, and demos
  • Performs all required steps to accurately and efficiently process AG, Caterpillar, and non-CAT rentals and invoices
  • Maintains records on all rental equipment that is transferred or sold out of the Rental Fleet
  • Understands and applies the applicable taxes to invoices
  • Receives and reviews shipping and receiving documents from the branches for accuracy and completeness
  • Assists the Rental Fleet Sales Administrator with preparation, processing, and distribution of rental, credit, and sales documents in a timely manner
  • Inputs lost-sales rental data into the computer
  • Uses DBS to input reservations, write rental contracts, process exchanges, write pick-up tickets, close rental invoices, input data into the shipping and receiving screens, and process equipment transfers
  • Handles overdue rental contracts and expired reservations, and ensures that all contracts are current and signed
  • Coordinates shipping and receiving of the machines with the yard personnel
  • Thoroughly understands the rental process as to which inventory should be rented
  • Completes rental transactions through direct contact with customers
  • Assists walk-in customers with information on the availability, job performance, and options of equipment in the rental fleet
  • Quotes rates and assists customers in making decisions on best equipment option
  • Assists the customer in financial, service, and rental issues relating to invoicing or account information

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in local strategic planning for employer demand driven programs, training and services in our region.
  • Contact employers to assess their needs and provide information on various services available through the Public Workforce System.ca
  • Provide various services to businesses including job order posting, job referrals, recruitments, job fairs, referral to partners, apprenticeships, labor market information and other services as needed. Respond to incoming requests from employers in our region.
  • Ensure Career Center staff are aware of employers’ needs and job order specifications to facilitate prompt and effective servicing of job orders.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate placement of Career Center customers into open positions.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate group presentations to employers.
  • Plan, organize and conduct job fairs, special events and recruitments to provide large scale labor exchange opportunities for both employers and job seekers.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and three years of customer service or relevant experience is required. 
  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services, public administration, business management or related field preferred but not required. 
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a career center, providing services to businesses, or other related experience preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a business services team. 
  • Knowledge and experience with WIOA (and other Career Center Programs) regulations, programs, guidelines and administrative requirements are preferred.
  • Ability to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds.

We're looking for a Contact Center Solutions & Operations Specialist II to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our cloud-based contact center platforms — with a strong focus on Five9 CCaaS technologies. In this role, you'll be the go-to technical resource for platform operations and troubleshooting, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality customer experiences.


You'll support the full breadth of our contact center technology stack — voice, IVR, omnichannel communications, routing strategies, reporting, and system integrations — while contributing to platform implementations, upgrades, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Platform Administration

  • Administer and support Five9 cloud contact center environments
  • Configure and maintain users, campaigns, queues, skills, dispositions, and security profiles
  • Implement and maintain call routing strategies, dial plans, and ACD configurations
  • Configure and maintain IVR call flows and call treatment logic
  • Support voice, SMS, chat, and other omnichannel communication channels

Technical Support & Operations

  • Serve as the primary Level 2 support resource for contact center platform issues
  • Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, telephony, routing, voice quality, and application issues
  • Monitor platform availability, performance, and service health
  • Escalate complex infrastructure or application issues to senior engineers or vendors as appropriate
  • Document incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions

Project Support

  • Participate in contact center implementations, migrations, and technology upgrades
  • Assist with solution design, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments
  • Coordinate system changes with business users and technical teams
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and operating procedures

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
  • Analyze contact center performance data to identify operational improvements
  • Support workforce optimization and business performance initiatives through reporting and analytics

Training & Collaboration

  • Train supervisors, administrators, and end users on contact center applications and best practices
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides, and training documentation
  • Collaborate with IT, network engineering, telecom providers, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support new initiatives
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Telecommunications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise contact center technologies
  • Experience administering Five9 or another enterprise CCaaS platform
  • Experience configuring IVRs, queues, skills, campaigns, routing strategies, and user administration
  • Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, cloud telephony, and contact center operations
  • Experience troubleshooting contact center applications and voice-related issues
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Five9 Blended Administrator Certification
  • Experience with RingCentral, Cisco, Genesys, NICE CXone, or similar CCaaS platforms
  • Healthcare contact center experience
  • Experience supporting HIPAA-regulated environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or EMR integrations such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Nextech
  • Experience participating in platform implementations or technology migrations

Preferred Certifications

  • Five9 Blended Administrator Certification

Position Overview

The Experienced Construction Estimator is a critical pre-construction leader responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and profitable project estimates across CMC's portfolio of commercial, industrial, and general contracting work.  This role owns the full estimating lifecycle — from initial bid review through final GMP or lump-sum submission — and partners closely with project management, ownership, and subcontractor networks to position CMC competitively in the market.


Responsibilities

Pre-Construction & Estimating

  • Lead end-to-end development of conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates for commercial and construction projects
  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings using industry-standard tools
  • Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids; identify scope gaps, exclusions, and risks
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive scope sheets, bid packages, and project-specific assumptions/clarifications
  • Analyze historical cost data, market conditions, and project-specific variables to ensure competitive and profitable pricing
  • Prepare bid documents, cover letters, executive summaries, and value engineering alternatives for client submission

 

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth pre-construction-to-construction handoff and buyout alignment
  • Present estimates and pre-construction findings clearly to ownership, clients, and design teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor and supplier communities to ensure reliable bid coverage
  • Partner with the President and VP of Operations on go/no-go decisions and pursuit strategy

 

Systems, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain organized estimating files, bid logs, and historical cost databases
  • Track bid results, win rates, and estimate-to-actual performance to improve future accuracy
  • Contribute to the development of estimating standards, templates, and best practices as CMC scales
  • Support development of junior estimating staff and field leaders in pre-construction awareness


Qualifications & Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of construction estimating experience with a general contractor (commercial, industrial, or mixed-use preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience estimating projects ranging from $1M–$10M+
  • Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, ProCore, Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and market pricing
  • Proven ability to read and interpret full construction document sets (architectural, structural, civil, MEP)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present estimates confidently to clients and executives
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously under deadline
  • Integrity-first mindset aligned with CMC's values and culture

 

Preferred

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent field experience)
  • Experience with ProCore, Sage 300/Timberline, or similar construction ERP platforms
  • LEED, DBIA, or other professional certifications
  • Experience in value engineering, constructability reviews, and design-assist delivery methods
  • Network of established subcontractor and supplier relationships in the region
