Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational abilities to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
  • Maintain a current BLS CPR certification.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable, insured vehicle.

The Account Resolution Specialist resolves customer delinquency through negotiation and problem-solving, while strictly adhering to and demonstrating knowledge of company, state, and federal guidelines.   • Provides highest quality evidenced based primary medical care to SEARHC patients; including pediatric and obstetrical care and deliveries. At times the Physician may be directed to provide services outside of the clinic to meet the patient's needs, e.g., local long-term care center, Pioneer Home, patient's home, and local schools.

Job Duties
  • Responds to to Tier 1 and Tier 2 level Helpdesk requests with telecommunications issues.
  • Manages telephony issues and security related incidents surrounding PBX, specifically 3CX.
  • Maintain hardware inventory for all BMC phones, headsets, and PBX equipment. Participates as a team-member for the configuration and installation of telecommunications hardware/software.
  • Performs technical review and analysis recommending technology solutions and direction as needed.
  • Assists with all automated faxing architecture and routing as well as support for printing and fax issues.
  • Performs on-call rotations based on needs of the medical center.
  • Works closely with other IT member on various projects throughout the environment.


Skills and Abilities:

  • Must possess advanced knowledge and understanding of Microsoft operating systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Linux operating systems is a plus.
  • A working knowledge of networking basics, virtualization, and SAN technologies is a plus.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to demonstrate patience and flexibility when responding to end-user needs and requests.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.

Experience:

  • Must have 3+ years' experience analyzing, planning and supporting systems in a multi-site, networked environment, preferred.
  • IT experience in a healthcare setting, highly desired.
  • Telecommunication experience desired.

Salary Range:

  • Hiring range is $78,000 - $97,000 / annually; depending on experience
