In this role you will:

  • Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

8. Take Keratometry readings.

9. Perform basic strabismus evaluations/testing using prisms, Maddox rods, cover testing, Hirschberg-Krimsky measurements and examination of ductions and versions.

10. Obtain A-scan and B-scan ultrasound readings. Be able to accurately obtain data for intraocular lens calculations by all methods available.

11. Calibrate and maintain clinical devices.

12. Assist the eye care provider during minor surgery and major surgery.

13. Administer oral and ocular medications as directed by the eye care provider.

14. Explain physician's orders to include pre-operative and other patient teaching as indicated and/or directed.

15. Photography Internal and external.

16. Obtain quality OCT's of Optic Nerve and Retina.

17. Teach/train Ophthalmic/Optometric Assistants.

18. Triage patients both in clinic on the phone or inbox messages. Contact patients with test results. Arrange for urgent consults and additional testing.

19. Review and respond to medication prior authorizations as well as refill requests.

General Duties and Administration

  • Responsible for completing or delegating and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all daily, weekly, and period paperwork including cash and inventory counts, banking, truck orders and deliveries, schedules, and any other duties as required.
  • Ensures general safety protocols are followed and facility issues are reported promptly.
  • Implements new marketing campaigns and conducts new product training.
  • Completes all required duties in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintains all legal and regulatory requirements.

GENERAL MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Open availability during all hours the restaurant is open and during the pre-opening, post-closing hours
  • Dependable and able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • 3+ years of Quick Service Restaurant management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience managing units with drive thru’s preferred
  • ServSafe Manager certification preferred
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Valid state Driver’s License, active automobile insurance with the minimum liability coverage as required by driver’s state and local area, and working personal vehicle that can be used to perform management tasks reliably


Physical/Mental ability to:

  • Tolerate exposure to noise, extreme hot and cold temperatures, and other elements.
  • Frequently bend, kneel, squat, stand, walk, and twist at waist.
  • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
  • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead.
  • Occasionally climb and descend ladders.
  • Remain active, standing for long periods without a break.       
  • Work under pressure, such as high-volume peak periods, and remain calm with teammates and guests.
