Job Description

Ready to Be Your Own Boss? Let’s Talk.

Are you outgoing, self-motivated, and tired of jobs that put a cap on your income (and your potential)? If you’ve got the drive to succeed and the people skills to build real connections, Priority Roofing might be the place for you.

We’re not here to sell vacuums or pitch security systems door-to-door – we’re here to help homeowners get brand-new roofs paid for by their insurance, thanks to storm damage. It’s a win-win: you help them, they get a new roof, and you earn big.

What makes this role different?
This isn’t high-pressure, “sell-or-die” sales. It’s a consultative approach – think of yourself more as a guide than a closer. If you can hold a conversation and connect with a variety of personalities, you’re halfway there.

Why join us?

  • ✔️ Uncapped income potential
  • ✔️ Training and tools provided
  • ✔️ A high-energy, supportive team culture
  • ✔️ Opportunity to grow personally and professionally
  • ✔️ No roofing experience needed – just a great attitude and strong work ethic
  • ✔️ $2,000 Paid Training Program – We set you up to win from day one.
  • Forbes just named us one of the Top 20 Roofing Companies in the U.S.
  • Unmatched advancement potential – prove yourself, and leadership roles are within reach.
  • We promote from within – no outside hires for leadership. Your growth is our growth.
  • Ongoing education and development – because roofing is always evolving.

The Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: $85,000 to $200,000/year to start (yes, really – uncapped commission)

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (flexible)

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), here’s how to get started:
Message me with your preferred date and time for an interview (September 10- 30)
Let’s connect – I’d be happy to talk more about this role in a brief call and an In-Person meet-up soon!
