Our clients are ambitious, complex organizations that need to engage with sophisticated audiences. We provide the experience, skills and insight to drive brands forward and, in special situations, to deploy strategies to defend clients from reputational risk.

Our roots are in the legal sector, where our unrivaled depth of knowledge allows us to provide counsel to the world’s largest, most profitable and most specialized law firms. Our unwavering client focus sets us apart and our approach and success earns accolades from our clients and peers. We are consistently named among PR News’ “Agency Elite" and "Top Places to Work in PR” and have been for recognized as the “Best PR Firm” by the National Law Journal seven times.

What we’re looking for

  • A digitally fluent communications professional to lead the planning and execution of integrated digital programs across a portfolio of B2B and professional services clients. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years’ experience spanning social media strategy, content development, and digital program execution with a strong grounding in B2B and, ideally, professional or financial services contexts.
  • This is a practitioner-meets-strategist role: you should be as comfortable building a LinkedIn content program or advising on GEO and SEO fundamentals as you are presenting a clear ROI case to a law firm Partner or a financial services executive who is new to social.

What you’d do

  • Lead digital strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients spanning both professional services and financial services, including development and management of organic and paid social media programs on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
  • Develop and manage digital-first content strategies; create and edit high-quality long-form content including thought leadership articles, executive posts, web copy, and campaign copy that reflect clients’ brand voice and business priorities.
  • Apply SEO and GEO knowledge to inform content strategy and help clients build visibility in both traditional search and AI-generated results; stay ahead of best practices as these disciplines evolve.
  • Use data and analytics to measure, evaluate, and communicate the impact of digital programs; develop clear, compelling reporting that demonstrates ROI and builds client confidence in digital investment.
  • Serve as a credible digital counsel to senior stakeholders, including law firm Partners and financial services executives, explaining the business case for social media and search visibility in terms that resonate with non-marketing audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to brief, develop, and deploy visual content that is on-brand, platform-appropriate, and suited to a professional B2B context.
  • Partner with account leads and integrated client teams as an embedded digital specialist; contribute to client calls, strategy sessions, and planning documents where digital programming is a component.
  • Participate in new business pitches; bring fresh digital thinking to proposals and present digital strategy and tactics to prospective clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and evolve the agency’s existing digital offer; introduce new tools, platforms, and approaches where they add client value.
  • Support the upskilling of the US team by sharing digital expertise, contributing to internal training, and serving as a go-to resource on digital best practices across the organization.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional and digital skills; stay current on platform developments, algorithm changes, and emerging digital communications trends.
  • Lead by example; demonstrate behaviors consistent with Infinite’s values (integrity, agility, compassion, and courage).

Why we want you

  • You have a minimum of five years’ experience in digital communications, with a proven track record spanning social media strategy, content development, and digital program execution in B2B environments.
  • You have deep expertise in LinkedIn strategy and execution, including organic content programs and paid social, with familiarity across Instagram and X in a professional context.
  • You are a strong copywriter with the ability to produce long-form content such as thought leadership articles, executive LinkedIn posts, and web copy for senior professional audiences.
  • You have a working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and a developing understanding of GEO, and you know how to apply both in client content strategy and counsel.
  • You are data-driven, with experience using analytics platforms to measure performance, generate insights, and communicate ROI in terms that resonate with non-marketing decision-makers.
  • You understand how earned media and digital programs work together to support broader communications objectives; grounding in external communications is a genuine differentiator.
  • You are a confident, credible communicator and can present to senior professional audiences on topics that may require persuasion or education.
  • You are collaborative and experienced working within integrated client teams alongside account managers, PR practitioners, and creative professionals.
  • You are genuinely curious about and interested in the professional services sector, and you take pride in bringing strategic digital thinking to clients who may be newer to social.
  • Experience in professional services, legal, financial services, or related industries is strongly preferred.

What we offer

  • Friendly and highly collaborative working environment where your voice will be heard and your ideas will count.
  • Opportunity to work with leading law firms and professional services firms on a global scale within an international network.
  • A focus on growth and professional development: twice annual professional planning sessions, regular access to leadership and mentorship opportunities.
  • Hybrid work schedule; two days in the office with three optional work-from-home days per week.
  • One-time stipend for your at-home work set-up; monthly stipend for your smartphone contract and a stipend to upgrade your device every three years.
  • Competitive salary and customizable benefits package including:
    • 100% company paid health, dental and vision insurance coverage
    • 401k with competitive company match
    • Monthly benefit stipend that can be used for health and wellness, transportation, student loan repayment or charitable contributions
