Seeking Spanish-speaking NPs and PAs for out private outpatient clinics in Raleigh, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

We are committed to partnering with community service organizations in order to promote the well-being of the Hispanic population across the country. The NP/PA is responsible for the delivery of a broad range of medical services, including taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, administering treatments (e.g., suturing and minor surgery), monitoring patients, prescribing medications, assisting physicians, and counseling and educating patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Performs medical examinations using standard medical procedures as part of the clinical care team
• Observes, assesses and records symptoms, reactions and progress in patient charts
• Demonstrates knowledge of primary care principles and practice protocols
• Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations and establish a leadership role in an emergency

Education/training:

This job provides respiratory care treatment, oxygen services, diagnostic testing and ventilation support services to both in-patients and out-patients ranging in age from neonatal to geriatric. The RT-CRT set-ups, monitors and weans Oxygen Therapy and Artificial ventilation. The RT-CRT draws, analyzes and reports Arterial Blood Gases and EKGs. The RT-CRT delivers intermittent therapy and assists with changing of artificial airways. The RT-CRT provides services as ordered by a physician and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
