Provide skilled, complex nursing care and supervision to clients according to the Plan of Care and Sanzie Healthcare Services Inc.'s philosophy, standards, and policies. Services include:

  • Manage the Product Owner function, including capacity awareness, practice consistency, coaching, backlog health, stakeholder engagement, and role expectations.
  • Maintain portfolio, roadmap, and project tracking for active and upcoming initiatives, including status, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and owners.
  • Prepare clear reporting for product leadership, executive stakeholders, governance forums, and cross-functional partners.
  • Help facilitate product operating forums such as intake reviews, roadmap reviews, backlog health reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
  • Partner with the Director of Product to operationalize prioritization frameworks, roadmap decisions, tradeoff discussions, and value tracking.
  • Partner with Launch & Enablement to connect delivery status, release scope, and readiness planning.
  • Define and monitor product operations metrics such as backlog health, cycle time, initiative aging, dependency resolution, adoption readiness, and reporting quality.
  • Identify process gaps, remove friction, and continuously improve how product work is planned, tracked, communicated, and governed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, program management, business operations, project management, or related roles.
  • Experience establishing operating models, governance routines, reporting standards, tools, templates, or product management ways of working.
  • Experience managing or coaching Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, or similar product delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, product roadmaps, portfolio tracking, dependency management, and release handoffs.
  • Advanced ability to create executive-ready reporting, dashboards, status narratives, and decision-support materials.
  • Experience with product/project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Productboard, Smartsheet, Power BI, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.

The Avis Car Sales Manager, reporting to the General Manager of the location, is responsible for the handling and coordination of documentation and title administrative tasks related to all retail transactions. This position contributes to the success of the sales department by providing effective, accurate, and timely support to the retail sales team throughout North America. This position requires an understanding of retail car sales documentation, deal structuring and penciling, tag/title work, and must have the ability to execute on all local and national, state and federal, compliance policies, laws, and regulations.

What You'll Do:

  • Help the store to consistently and profitably meet used vehicle sales quotas through expert management, deal working, and leadership of the sales team.
  • Help train the sales team on sales methodologies that support established sales targets and F&I process
  • Help train sales team to become subject matter experts on all vehicles and vehicle specifications/features in the inventory
  • Coordinate sales completion, and title administrative tasks for a dedicated or multiple Avis Car Sales locations, with corporate & VAB offices and third-party partners.
  • Load and execute documentation related to all retail transactions.
  • E-signing and E-contracting are required whenever applicable.
  • Ensure deal structure meets bank approval guidelines & terms, LTV, Back-end allowance, Contract rate, Bank fees, etc., prior to contracting.
  • Confirm and verify proof of insurance with customers, insurance agents, prior to contracting.
  • Confirm and verify trade payoffs prior to contracting customers when applicable.
  • Obtain and handle customer deposits/downpayments according to company policy and process.
  • Ensure the correct handling of trade titles according to company policy and process.
  • Receive and audit deal jackets, organize, validate, and process paperwork and funding documents; ensure completion and accuracy (signatures, verify VIN, miles, trade payoffs, titles for trades, odometer reading etc.) of required documents as per deal checklist and VAB requirements.
  • Complete all F&I paperwork accurately and route in a timely manner to ensure quick funding.
  • Responsible for the timely funding of all Contracts In Transit (CIT).
  • Verify & reconcile fundings for all sold vehicles.
  • Ensure all monies received for car deals are accounted for and reconciled.
  • Process title and registration applications after each sale. Ensure that all vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submitted. Coordinate with customers, VAB team, and tag agencies of any issues arising during registration/title work processing.
  • Monitor delivery of titles and plates to customers and/or finance companies
  • Manage customers' inquiries about all issues related to deal paperwork, titles, and registrations.
  • Ensure compliance of state and/or local laws in processing tag/title work.
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax/sales reporting as required by state.
  • Coordinate weekly calls with shared service center (VAB) office, corporate office, and third-party associates, while ensuring proper tracking of all work being done.
  • Work with various departments, store GM/managers, and sales representatives to help maximize sales volume for the store.
  • Ensure 100% adherence to all compliance policies vis--vis ACS, State and Federal laws alike (OFAC, Red Flag, Risk Based Pricing Disclosure, Adverse Action Notices, FTC Safeguard Rules, form 8300, and more)
  • Assist and provide backup to store General Manager as needed.
