Job Details

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and file gift, estate, and inheritance tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Conduct extensive research and analysis on complex tax issues related to trusts and estates.
3. Liaise with clients, attorneys, and tax advisors to gather necessary information and documentation.
4. Assist attorneys in drafting estate planning documents and trust agreements.
5. Provide comprehensive support in the administration of trusts and estates, including asset distribution and closing procedures.
6. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations that may impact trusts and estates and provide updates to the team.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2. Paralegal certification is a plus.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trust and Estate Paralegal with a focus on tax returns.
4. In-depth knowledge of gift tax returns, estate tax returns, and inheritance tax returns.
5. Proficiency in tax software and other relevant technology.
6. Exceptional research and analytical skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Job Details

Currently seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to add to our dynamic team in Fayetteville, AR. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, analysis, and implementation of geotechnical projects. This position involves working closely with other engineering disciplines to ensure the stability and safety of various construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a solid understanding of geotechnical principles.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage drilling projects and oversee technicians with management of these projects, as well as visual classification and log preparation
Coordinate and review laboratory testing
Complete accurate geotechnical exploration reports
Perform engineering calculations, including settlement, bearing capacity, lateral earth pressures, pavement section designs, slope stability, etc.
Generate scopes and fees for new projects and prepare complete proposals and budgets.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field of study from an ABET accredited university
P.E. or other professional licensure is preferred
4 to 7 years of relevant experience
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Enjoy working outdoors
NICET, ACI and/or other certifications desired
