About Midnight Auteur

Midnight Auteur was born from the successful partnership between The Ramble Hotel in Denver and Death & Co, which began almost six years ago when the storied bar opened its second location in the lobby of The Ramble Hotel. Our new hospitality company was created with a shared intention among founders to build and operate hotels that immerse guests fully and seamlessly between social spaces and retreats offering a setting fit for both celebration and sanctuary. The cocktail anchored experience at The Ramble Hotel, one in which the lobby is interchangeable with the bar, resulted in numerous accolades and awards, including Esquire's Best Bars in America in 2019, North America's 50 Best Bars in 2022 and noted by Cond Nast Traveler as 'the hotel for people who are sick of other hotels.'

As a company, we hold a deep and obsessive reverence for the all-day lobby bar, which is the foundation of Midnight Auteur. We love immersing our team and guests in a vibrant, celebratory experience that only a hotel lobby bar can appropriately capture. Job Description

Job Description
Who We Are

Beauty, redefined. At NAKED MD, our approach is honest, intentional, and within reach — no fluff, no filters, just lavish experiences made accessible to anyone who desires them. Through a minimalistic, personalized approach, we’re not just redefining wellness — we’re rewriting what beauty means. Because when you look good, you feel good.

The Role

Think of the Aesthetic Coordinator as the air traffic controller of the studio. You don’t run the patient experience from the front — you build the runway that makes it possible. Every provider who performs flawlessly, every tray set before it’s needed, every break that runs on time — that’s you. Invisible when it works. Irreplaceable when it doesn’t.

We’re looking for individuals ready to build a rewarding career in aesthetics — ones who lead with integrity, serve with heart, and never lose sight of the patient’s well-being. This role is entirely operational, and that’s exactly what makes it foundational.

We’re hiring for full-time, so whether you’re all in or looking for the perfect entry point into aesthetics, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Prep and verify all procedure trays with precision and consistency — always ready before they’re needed

• Open and close the studio to standard every shift, including full inventory counts

• Maintain treatment rooms and the back office to an identical, impeccable standard — room to room, shift to shift

• Keep the team aligned on daily goals, studio flow, and provider break schedules before the first patient arrives

• Coordinate provider breaks and lunches so the schedule never stalls

• Monitor and restock supplies proactively — anticipate before something runs out

• Maintain accurate patient documentation including charting, before & after photos, and treatment records

• Uphold every patient’s dignity, individuality, and right to exceptional care
