Position Overview: This is an outside sales position working in your own assigned sales territory. We will train you to call on small and medium-sized businesses that operate in a variety of industries, meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer some of the industry's best supplemental insurance products and services to them and their employees. You will work with business owners, benefits managers, and their employees individually at times; other times, you will give product presentations with employee groups as large as 50-100+ people. You will be expected to:

  • Respond to general emails and phone calls from clients
  • Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs
  • Be present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
  • Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who need to be reserviced: Selling Business to Business
  • Build and maintain your own book of business
  • Meet with sales team manager as needed to discuss and set your upcoming monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas
  • Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory
  • Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week
  • Follow up on provided sales leads and cold-call on businesses in person, balancing "cold" lead generation and sales with your warm leads and appointments with existing clients
  • Submit your sales metrics and activity daily

What You'll Work On

Job Summary

The Principal, Data Center Low Voltage Infrastructure Delivery is a senior individual contributor responsible for the technical and commercial delivery oversight of low-voltage systems across delivery of some of OCI's largest data center campuses. This role combines deep technical expertise with execution leadership, ensuring that OCI's bulk fiber and structured cabling systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to OCI's exacting global standards.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of vendor engagementdesign coordination, installation execution, change order management, and cost/schedule trackingwhile driving consistency, efficiency, and quality across all projects. Reporting to the Senior Director of Low Voltage Infrastructure, you will act as OCI's principal expert and owner for low-voltage delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Expertise

  • Serve as the design and construction subject-matter expert for bulk fiber and structured cabling systems.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, design guidelines, and installation specifications for OCI's global campus builds.
  • Review and approve vendor designs, submittals, and testing packages to ensure full compliance with OCI standards.

Vendor Management & Execution Oversight

  • Manage low-voltage vendors responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning across multiple GW scale concurrent projects.

Job Summary
The Client Service and Operations Associate specialize in servicing clients and supports the financial advisor to ensure that their focus remains on building their business. They work closely with others on their team to provide ongoing administrative and operational support and implementation. The Client Service and Operations Associate is a liaison between the home office, financial advisor and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Client Service Support
  • Send meeting invites, send and follow up on requests for clients prior to meetings
  • Communicate and assist existing clients with anything they may need help with
  • Process client address, beneficiary, banking, and ownership updates and service requests
  • Process money movements, loan requests and repayments, policy surrenders
  • Assist clients with late payment notices and claims management
  • Manage CRM accuracy
  • Provide timely and confidential handling of client information

Operations Support
  • Ensuring NMIS and insurance compliance requirements are implemented and followed
  • Proactively prepare Advisors with all materials for client meetings and send follow-up summary emails after client meetings
  • Act as liaison among team, clients, and home office in client onboarding processes
  • Ensure seamless completion of all insurance policies from start to finish including creating applications, medical examiner communication, constant client follow up, underwriting communication, and coordinating with outside insurance vendors as needed
  • Prepare, process, track, fund, set up standing instructions for new investment accounts and confirm assets received and invested
  • Rollover calls with clients and implementation of new account

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Financial Services industry experience
  • Life and Health license required before starting date
  • Series 6 and 7 licenses preferred
  • Ability to proactively identify what needs to be accomplished and act
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent learner who seeks knowledge and is adaptable to change
