Purpose of Position

The Director, Global Security is a multi-disciplined role within Global Security and QS Security Services with a primary responsibility for the management and oversight of Executive Protection, Owner secure travel, Aviation Security related to the TSA security programs and special event security. This role will provide thoughtful leadership in delivering a holistic, best-in‑class Global Security program aimed at mitigating risk, ensuring continuity of operations and safeguarding the company’s assets, reputation and Brand. Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary person working within Global Security and QS Security Services teams for the oversight of day to day operations within the Executive Protection, Owner secure travel and event security programs.
  • Provide quick and comprehensive response to critical security‑related incidents against NetJets’ team members or Owners.
  • Identify, develop, implement, and maintain Company security processes across all business units to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas.
  • Provide expertise, direction and support on all matters relating to physical security, security risk identification, executive protection, special event security and crisis management.
  • Develop and manage creative and cost‑effective global security programs and solutions to protect Company assets, employees and Owners.

  • Develop the GSOC as the central station for emergency response for travelers, facilities support, global emergency notifications, crisis management, and threat/risk intelligence, with joint operations goals for infosec operations.

  • Perform other security management duties as needed, including but not limited to, daily operational needs, security, event support, reporting, analytics and administration.
  • Manage the Global Security Operations Specialists to include all TSA compliance for the security related programs related to the Aviation Security program.

Key job responsibilities

  • Act as the primary escalation point for all facilities-related issues. Oversee operation and management of routine and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.

A day in the life
This role acts as Amazon's front line when it comes to hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting. They maintain, operate, and troubleshoot mission-critical data center facility equipment including electrical support equipment that supports servers that must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. Equipment will include but is not limited to stand-by diesel generators and related fuel systems, 3 phase electrical systems such as switchgear, UPS units, PDUs, and wet cell batteries and associated systems. Mechanical equipment includes CRAHU units, centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, water systems, air handlers and associated systems, pumps, and motors. Additional support equipment is included in the scope of the role which includes fire/life safety equipment, building automation systems, and general facilities equipment.
The CE directs, trains and supports technicians in their role of providing hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operations. Implementation and execution of site/equipment-specific training exercises is also expected. They manage projects from conception to completion. As the SEIT Compliance Technical Lead, you will be responsible for defining and coordinating the Sentinel systems engineering strategy for the allocation and verification of military and industry standards, levied against the Sentinel program. You will act as a cross-cutting liaison between SEIT Directors, Specialty Engineering, and various Business Units as the subject matter expert on how compliance requirements are handled in the program. The successful candidate must have a strong engineering background, understand how requirements from military and industry standards are decomposed, allocated and verified into Sentinel performance specification. You will be responsible to coordinate the allocation of compliance requirements and report status to the SEIT Directors.

The successful candidate should have a deep understanding of system engineering requirement decomposition, the Sentinel program strategy, and general understanding of the Specialty Engineering requirement set. Primary Responsibilities

  • Application Delivery Architecture - Design, deploy, and manage advanced application delivery models ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and security for mission-critical enterprise applications.
  • F5 Infrastructure Management - Architect and maintain F5 BIG-IP solutions, with a heavy focus on Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Global Traffic Manager (GTM) for intelligent local and global load balancing.
  • Enterprise DDI Administration - Lead the engineering, deployment, and administration of enterprise‑class DDI infrastructure utilizing Infoblox technology (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with application developers, cybersecurity teams, and systems engineers to translate application requirements into resilient, highly available network architectures.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization - Perform advanced network troubleshooting, traffic analysis, packet capture, and performance tuning for complex application delivery workflows.
  • Documentation & Standards - Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, standard operating procedures, and technical blueprints.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all tools comply with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6/IL7 protocols; develop and maintain architectural documentation and compliance traceability.

Basic Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) required at time of hire.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Certification: Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP) required.
  • Cisco CCNA Certification (CCNP or CCIE Preferred).
  • Citizenship: United States Citizenship is required.
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture, with a dedicated focus on application delivery networks (ADN).
  • F5 Expertise: Deep, demonstrable expertise in F5 BIG-IP platforms, specifically configuring, upgrading, and migrating
  • LTM and GTM/F5 DNS environments.
  • Infoblox / DDI Mastery: Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise‑class Infoblox DDI environments, including Grid architecture and seamless IPAM integration.
  • RSA (Multi factor authentication)experience.
  • Core Networking: Mastery of OSI model layers 2-7, TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), and solid experience with SSL/TLS offloading and certificate management.
  • Leadership: Experience leading technical working groups and directing the efforts of adjacent infrastructure and development teams.
  • Operational Experience: Prior experience working within a DoW/DoD Operations Center (NOC/SOC) or supporting mission‑critical systems and networks.
  • Communication: Must be able to present designs, plans, and analyses of alternatives to technical leadership boards for approvals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automation Skills Experience with network automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Python, Terraform, or

  • Certifications: F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5‑CTS) or Solution Expert (F5‑CSE), and Infoblox Core DDI certifications are strongly preferred.

Senior Software Engineer – AI-Native Platform (C++ - Golang - Rust)

Lansweeper is evolving its engineering organization toward an AI-native development model. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build reliable, scalable systems while operating in an AI-augmented development environment.

In the near term, you will contribute to the Discovery Team's work on Traffic Sensor evolutionary efforts, with AI capabilities at the center of everything we build. The team is responsible for ensuring system quality, architectural clarity, and scalable design across multiple parallel AI-assisted development streams. Longer term, you will help shape how AI-native engineering practices scale across the platform.
