The Senior Refuel Floor Specialist (Project Manager) will provide direct management and supervision of Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) Refuel Floor maintenance activities, including Reactor Disassembly, Reassembly, and In Vessel Maintenance. This individual will support the safe execution of complex projects and activities involving BWR 2-6 Refuel Floor outages. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the project from ITO through OTR.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide project delivery planning leadership and rigor.
  • Transition planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Responsible for leading and coaching multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams composed of GEH and contingent worker personnel, including craft labor.
  • Provide direct supervision of union and non-union personnel performing activities related to BWR Refuel Floor outage maintenance work.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel greater than 70% of the time to domestic and international customer sites.

Qualifications

  • You genuinely enjoy exceeding guest expectations and understand that a great caf experience is about far more than a good cup of coffee.
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience with Point of Sale software and food and beverage inventory management is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the medical-surgical unit following orders from the multidisciplinary team
- Administer medications, monitor responses, manage IV therapy and wound care as appropriate
- Monitor patient status, perform routine assessments, and document in the electronic medical record (Meditech)
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members; participate in discharge planning and family communication
- Perform neurologic assessments as ordered (NIHSS) and respond to changes in patient condition
- Willingness to float to other departments in rotation while maintaining quality of care

Requirements
- Current Washington state registered nurse license or a multi-state license with WA verification (Nursys demographics)
- Approved 6-hour suicide training
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work in a hospital medical-surgical setting and to float to other departments as needed
- Meditech knowledge is helpful but not required
- Must be a team player and able to collaborate across shifts and departments
