Competent delivery of Respiratory Care procedures in all areas of the hospital as outlined in the Respiratory Care policies, procedures and protocols.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation and charge capture of all Respiratory Care procedures. Develop, document and maintain respiratory care elements of the patient plan of care.

Verify and initiate all physician orders for Respiratory Care.

Demonstrate competency and working knowledge of all Respiratory Care instruments and equipment. Perform troubleshooting, problem resolution and proper disinfection/sterilization.

Initiate, monitor and maintain oxygen/aerosol delivery devices and non-invasive and invasive mechanical ventilation devices.

Perform effective airway management including oral/nasal airway placement, bag/mask ventilation, intubation and/or intubation assistance, emergent and scheduled tracheostomy tube changes. Demonstrate safe and appropriate suction techniques and use of artificial airways. Initiate and perform "CPR".

Perform tracheostomy, endotracheal tube and oral care.

Implement one way speaking valve trials per physician order.

Assist physician with diagnostic and therapeutic bronchoscopy procedures.

Complete initial and ongoing decannulation risk assessments with appropriate interventions and documentation.

Perform and document timely Spontaneous Breathing Trial assessments for weaning readiness. Initiate and advance mechanical ventilator weaning per protocol.

Actively participate in the multidisciplinary early patient mobility program

Perform pulse oximetry and carbon dioxide gas monitoring.

Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis.

Perform and document ongoing ABG analyzer quality control and maintenance as required.

Perform and document patient and family teaching/education.

Provide and receive accurate and complete patient handoff reports.

Participate in department/hospital in-services, meetings, and patient care rounds.

Notify immediate supervisor of changes in workload and patient acuity.

Compliance Officer

Our fast-paced Compliance Advisory team is looking for a Compliance Officer with a strong understanding of integrity risks applicable to regulated financial institutions, particularly within the payments, financial services, or FinTech industries. A successful candidate has foundational experience in identifying and resolving compliance challenges, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and supporting risk-based decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Support the assessment and resolution of escalated compliance matters, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Work with internal teamsincluding legal, risk, scheme, and operationsto understand and analyze compliance risks related to AML/CFT, integrity, and regulatory obligations.
  • Partner with Commercial and First Line teams to identify and apply risk-based solutions to complex customer requests and set-ups.
  • Assist in developing compliance frameworks that enable the business to unlock new verticals in a controlled and compliant manner.
  • Translate compliance challenges into clear, actionable next steps for internal stakeholders.
  • Help identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to optimize compliance workflows.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of escalation frameworks and procedures to improve the team's effectiveness.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with global colleagues across time zones to ensure seamless communication and execution of compliance initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You have 4 - 8 years of experience in a compliance, regulatory, or risk function within a financial institution, regulatory body, payments company, audit firm, or financial crime investigation unit.
  • You have a foundational understanding of integrity risks in the payments and banking sector and how they materialize.
  • You possess knowledge of AML/CFT and/or consumer compliance risks and how to manage them effectively.
  • You are familiar with regulatory and licensing requirements governing payment/e-money institutions, with a focus on the US, Canada, and/or Latin America.
  • You are motivated to develop deep subject matter expertise in compliance, with a strong interest in understanding specific verticals, products, and regulations, and how they apply in a risk-based framework.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, breaking down compliance challenges into clear, actionable insights.
  • You exercise good judgment, proactively seek guidance when needed, and are eager to take on increasing responsibility.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skillsclear, direct, and concise.

The annual base salary range for this role is $120,000.00 - $155,000.00

Maintenance Production Management

The purpose of this position is to perform maintenance production management, to achieve or maintain desired production levels, to serve as an equipment readiness expert for units supported by the facility, and to provide technical guidance and oversight to a lower-graded Production Controller. This position performs the following duties:

  • Establishes plans and schedules for maintenance and repair, using multiple process production methods and procedures for a variety of vehicles and equipment such as combat vehicles, heavy-duty engineering and mobile equipment, tracked vehicles, towed and self-propelled artillery, communications and electronic equipment, guided missile systems, and small arms.
  • Implements maintenance plans and monitors progress of accomplishments.
  • Using readiness, production and management reports available from the current automation support program and/or manual system, provides status of equipment, maintenance actions in progress, and location of equipment as required or requested.
  • Responsible for data input of work order information, status changes, supply updates, and other pertinent information.
  • Makes on-the-spot adjustments to repair priorities necessitated by unscheduled maintenance requirements.
  • Ensures Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTO&E) or Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) reportable Line Item Numbers (LIN) are properly managed, reported and accounted for with respect to readiness reports, property accountability reports, and system management.
  • Based on guidance received, prioritizes resources to ensure the highest level of readiness in support of training and mobilization requirements of supported units.
  • Ensures that Army Materiel Status System (AMSS) equipment readiness reports are correct and submitted in a timely manner to meet Department of the Army (DA) reporting suspense.
  • Programs workload, shop space, and available personnel on a short and long-term basis.
  • Conducts initial and long range planning on matters which include multiple process production, maintenance operations, equipment readiness, including mechanical skills, availability of test and diagnostic equipment, repair parts, annual training requirements, mobilization requirements; and other factors influencing the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment and readiness reporting.
  • Analyzes repair methods and develops control procedures and policies to assure accomplishment of programs to meet priorities and deadlines established by higher authority or support activities.
  • Ensures that this is performed in the most effective and efficient manner possible with good quality control and quality assurance procedures in place.
  • Coordinates with units and other support activities concerning the delivery, status of repair operations, and/or pick up of completed work orders.
  • Coordinates with logistical personnel, equipment specialists, higher ranked management officials, item managers at depots concerning critical shortages of repair parts required to support the maintenance repair program.
  • Provides technical guidance and oversight to a lower-graded Production Controller.
  • May provide guidance and oversight of mechanics, Tools and Parts Attendants, or other positions assisting in the maintenance production or maintenance management processes.
  • Ensures necessary maintenance workers are available and that required reports are submitted to units and higher headquarters in a timely manner.

We are seeking a Neurologist to join our team at an Article 28 facility in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you'll diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, providing specialized care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications:
  • Active NY State medical license.
  • Board Certified.
  • Credentialed with Medicaid (required) and Medicare (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose complex medical problems using patient history, examination, and neurological testing.
  • Counsel patients on neurological disorders and their background.
  • Order neurological tests and interpret the results of neuroimaging studies.
  • Prescribe and/or administer treatment and medication.
  • Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication.
  • Order supportive care services for patients.
  • Participate in neuroscience research activities.
  • Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
  • Stay current with neurological developments, treatments, and medications.
  • Perform specialized treatments across areas such as sleep disorders, neuroimmunology, neuro-oncology, behavioral neurology, and neurogenetics.
  • Perform and interpret lumbar punctures, electroencephalography (EEG), electromyography (EMG), and nerve conduction velocity tests.
