Job Summary

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards. Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders.
  • Supervises hourly food service associates. Includes interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, participating in reviews and recommending disciplinary action, as appropriate.
  • Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures.
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils. Cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving area. Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service to comply with all sanitation, safety, production and merchandising requirements.
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Relays relevant information directly to supervisor.
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates and customers.
  • Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies. Tracks product production, consumption and waste. Informs supervisor when supplies or product are low.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • 10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role, with experience serving Real Estate clients, portfolios, or books of business strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the commercial insurance renewal process from strategy development through placement.
  • Strong understanding of insurance coverage forms and the ability to identify coverage gaps, analyze program design, and provide ongoing coverage consultation.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Compensation

This position would be 3 days per week for the 3pm - 11pm shift mid week - Mon- Fri not weekends



Job Duties Include but Not Limited to the Following:

  • Creates a safe and attractive environment for guests and associates by ensuring the hotel is maintained in accordance with safety standards.
  • Complete hotel room and building repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs patching vinyl, and painting. Performs repairs on toilets, sinks, laundry facilities, kitchen and other hotel property needs.
  • Develop plans for completing routine and preventative maintenance and renovations, coordinates work with hotel department managers.
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of the exterior of the hotel, grounds, and pool area.
  • Clean and maintains the lobby and other public areas to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Clean public restrooms and replenish supplies, as needed.
  • Vacuum and/or sweep all floor surfaces of the hotel.
  • Picks up newspapers, glassware, trash, etc. from lobby and front of the hotel.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, courteous, and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Handles all deliveries for Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments
  • Works directly with the Housekeeping Maintenance & Breakfast Department Heads.
  • Helps set up, break down and clean up the meeting room/event center as needed.
  • Be available during the hours of the meeting to check in with the group, refreshing water and coffee as needed.
  • Fulfill additional requests from group/leader if needed.
  • Assist with Food/Beverage needs - such as making sure breakfast/lunch/snacks are displayed or delivered to meeting room, on time and arranged with care.
  • Keep inventory of meeting room supplies such as notepads, pens, ice pitchers, glasses, quality of linens, LCD projector and all attachments/cords, flip charts, whiteboards, projector screen and sound system equipment.
  • Refresh & reset meeting space in the evenings for multi-day meetings.
  • Thoroughly cleaning of meeting spaces after conclusion
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards

Requirements:

  • Ensure all messages are handled within established timelines and quality standards.
  • Complete medication and diagnostic prior authorizations, including gathering supporting clinical documentation.
  • Communicate with pharmacies, insurance plans, and specialty offices as needed.
  • Coordinate care transitions, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and chronic disease management workflows.

Village Square Family Childcare - Early Learning Program has a need for Full/Part-Time Substitute Child Care Teacher.  We expect our team members to be enthusiastic and flexible in meeting the changing needs of our program.
The child care program is open Monday - Friday between 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. 

Job Summary

This position will teach when a regular teacher is on leave. When not substituting in the classroom, this position will fill in with office duties for the family childcare operations. The position will report to the Director of Child Care. The position will be responsible for assisting with: 

  • Developing, planning and delivering developmentally appropriate activities for children ages 1 to 5 years of age.
  • Participating in ongoing observation and assessment of individual children.
  • Coordinate classroom activities 
  • Communicating with parents (oral/written).
  • Accurately maintaining records. 
  • Collaboratively maintaining the facility to ensure safety and security of the children. 
  • Supporting the Lead Teacher/Director to ensure that the Early Learning Center meets or exceeds compliance with West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Child Care Licensing, and West Virginia Department of Education standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High school graduation or G.E.D
  • Current certifications in pediatric First Aid and CPR are required, or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
  • Valid WV Driver’s License and reliable transportation

 Preferred Qualifications

  • An Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or
  • Development Associate (CDA) or current enrollment in an education program
  • Experience in a licensed early childhood program. 
  • Psychology students would be excellent as the job involves observing and engaging with developmental milestones.  More than willing to work around class schedules and study times.
