When admitted to St. Joseph Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Members are cared for by a team of Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) Hospitalists who manage the member's care during their hospital stay. The Hospitalists also work alongside Kaiser Care Management Nurses for care plans to discharge. While at St. Joseph Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente members have access to Kaiser Permanente Cardiology, General Medical and Surgical, OB/GYN, Oncology, Orthopedic, Urologist and Ears, Nose and Throat specialist.

Core components of this position include:

  • Community Hospital Admitting/Rounding & Inpatient management
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary Inpatient care
