  4. Removes and replaces defective parts using appropriate hand tools, power tools, hoists, lifts, or material-handling equipment.
  5. Supports troubleshooting of equipment issues and escalates complex or non-routine problems to senior maintenance personnel.
  6. Maintains accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  7. Inspects tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  8. Supports inventory management by monitoring maintenance supplies, parts, and tools and reporting replenishment needs.

Education Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

3 5 years of experience in plant, facility, or equipment maintenance, or a related technical role required.

Certifications and Licenses:

Valid driver's license required.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Develop the proposed Training Objectives (TOs), Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), and coordinate the development of the overall exercise design in accordance with exercise milestones.  

  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate concept development conferences (CDC), initial planning conferences (IPC), middle planning conferences (MPC), final planning conferences (FPC), master scenario event list (MSEL) conferences, and pre-deployment site surveys.

  • Develop and coordinate exercise control group operations including, develop and manage the master scenario event list (MSEL) database; train and manage the exercise control group; facilitate the daily MSEL review; and develop the exercise control group (ECG) communications plan. Develop and coordinate exercise control group operations.

  • Provide administrative support to assigned exercises, to include developing necessary presentations, coordinating with partner nation/U.S. embassy for necessary assistance, and coordinating for personnel movement and billeting.

  • During the development phase of your exercises, you will be expected to lead the training audience in the development of training objectives.  

  • These objectives will create the foundation for the exercise and drive the development of the scenario.  

  • Additionally, you will be expected to lead the development of the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL).  


Qualifications


  • Must possess the ability to operate independently, executing the commander’s intent with limited oversight.  
  • Candidate will also have served at an operational level headquarters and has a working understanding of JTIMS, ARTIMS, JMSEL development, Field Budget Estimate (FBE) development, and orders development at the tactical and operational level.  

Required Education: 

  • Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
  • Additional experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Clearance:

  • An active secret security clearance is required.
