A mechanic assistant, also known as a mechanic helper, is an entry-level position. This role involves assisting experienced mechanics with a variety of tasks related to machinery and mobile equipment maintenance and repair.

Essential Functions

Overview

This role is generally responsible for providing clinically relevant information and diagnostics to assist the physician with the diagnosis and treatment of vascular patients within an outpatient practice. All activities should be performed consistent with the Vascular Sonographer's education and training, and in accordance with facility policies and procedures and applicable professional standards.

This is a part time, Thursdays and Fridays and will report to the Lead Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologist for clinical matters and to the Office Manager for operational matters.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct sonography examinations in accordance with infectious disease, sterilization, and patient safety protocols, policies, and procedures
• Conduct patient clinical assessment and perform the diagnostic medical sonography examination ordered by the supervising physician in accordance with professional and facility protocols
• Apply independent, professional, ethical judgment, and critical thinking to safely perform diagnostic sonography procedures
• Apply independent judgment during the sonography examination to ensure that appropriate anatomical, pathological, and clinical conditions are accurately captured in the examination images
• As necessary, acquire additional ultrasound imaging to facilitate optimum diagnostic results for the interpreting physician
• Identify and document any limitations to the sonography examination
• Adhere to all requirements for IAC accreditation including quality assurance reviews
• Review examination images, synthesize examination results, and prepare preliminary reports for providers
• Ensure reports are complete with all billing requirements
• Perform quality control procedures to ensure that the ultrasound equipment operates at optimal levels and manage a preventive maintenance program for ultrasound equipment
• Assist with the daily operation of the sonography facility
• Assist in prioritizing assigned work based on workflow fluctuations
• Complete ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an ultrasound program or formal training program
• RVT or RVS preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years ultrasound technologist experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work and prosper in a team environment
• Willing to be available for local and/or regional assignments as needed
• Willing to learn and deliver new modalities, products and services as introduced

Position Summary

The Department of Surgery at Cooper University Hospital is seeking to hire a full-time urologist who has completed an accredited residency in Urology and whose primary focus is on the evaluation and management of common urologic conditions (general urology). The successful candidate must hold an MD degree and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Urology. The position will be filled in a rank and series commensurate with experience. The candidate will work in the outpatient clinic setting performing patient evaluation and office-based procedures. Operating room privileges will be granted for surgical procedures based upon the candidate's experience.

The candidate must have recognized skills in the education of trainees, including but not limited to, Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows. Must have completed an accredited residency in Urology.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in general urology conditions with a special emphasis to include:

• Benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH)
• Urinary stone disease
• Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS)

An exemplary track record of patient care and an active interest in clinical research or education is preferred. There are opportunities for investigator-initiated research as well as basic and translational collaboration with scientists in the department of surgery. All candidates must have or be able to obtain a New Jersey medical license. Applicants must meet all required qualifications by time of hire.

Your primary responsibility is to help us win complex enterprise deals. You will own the technical side of our most important opportunities, turning ambiguous customer problems into clear, compelling solutions that transform prospects into believers not just buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Win enterprise deals (increase win rates and shorten sales cycles)

• Partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, solution design, demo, and technical deal strategy

• Act as the technical voice in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Build how we win

• Define and refine our demo, proof-of-value, and technical validation approach
• Create repeatable assets and workflows that improve win rates without slowing us down

Design real solutions

• Translate customer needs into data models, integrations, and workflows
• Prototype lightweight solutions (scripts, integrations, AI workflows) where needed

Shape product and GTM

• Bring structured, high-signal feedback from deals into Product and Engineering
• Identify patterns across customers that should be productized

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have been the technical lead on complex enterprise deals (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar) and know what it takes to get them over the line
• Are comfortable owning outcomes taking responsibility for whether deals move forward, not just your part in the process
• Can run discovery, design solutions, and deliver demos that directly influence buying decisions
• Are hands-on: comfortable writing code (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to prototype integrations, manipulate data, or validate workflows
• Operate well in ambiguity and can move quickly with imperfect information
• Think in systems you don't just solve one deal, you build ways to solve many
