Job Description

The Marketing Director for Taco Bell Latin America & the Caribbean (LA&C) is responsible for building both the brand and the system that enables it to scale across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire bold, distinctive brand building that makes Taco Bell culturally relevant and drives demand
  • Design and implement a scalable marketing system that enables markets to plan, execute, and improve performance independently

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Design and embed a scalable marketing operating system across the region, including briefing, planning, execution, and measurement, so markets can consistently deliver high-quality work
  • Shift the organization from reactive marketing to proactive planning, ensuring clarity in priorities, calendar, and resource allocation across all markets
  • Develop and coach marketing leaders across LA&C and franchisee organizations, building capability, confidence, and independence over time
  • Create strong alignment between marketing, operations, finance, and digital, ensuring marketing decisions are grounded in commercial impact and operational reality
  • Lead the Regional Marketing Fund (RMF) with discipline, ensuring investments are focused, measurable, and tied to business outcomes
  • Drive performance through marketing, with a clear link to transactions, mix, and profitability, not just activity or brand metrics
  • Build and scale integrated ways of working across agencies and partners, including the implementation of an Integrated Agency Team (IAT) model in each market
  • Operate as a system leader, identifying root causes and building long-term solutions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years preferred of relevant experience
  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred
  • Experience in QSR/restaurant industry, CPG, marketing/advertising agency, or multi-channel retail industry – international and/or franchised business experience highly recommended, experience in Latin America a plus
  • Impactful and articulate communicator with ability to conduct business (read, write, and present) in fluent English
  • Familiarity with Latin American culture preferred, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
  • Track record of building enduring, high-impact brands, moving beyond campaign execution
  • Proven ability to connect brand decisions to transactions, product mix, and margin performance
  • Experience designing scalable marketing systems and operating models, not dependent on individual effort
  • Strong people leader with a history of building high-performing, self-sufficient teams

The Retirement Product Marketing Director is responsible for owning and delivering the Empower value proposition and brand story to B2B audiences through the development and implementation of a cohesive system of promotional and selling/marketing materials.

Backed by a $24M initial investment, MPHI will enroll 10,000 residents in the program and launch a longitudinal study combining whole genome sequencing, advanced labs and imaging, pharmacogenomics, metabolic profiling, and personalized health coaching, at no cost to the patient. By removing the cost barriers, we believe this will truly be a pioneering initiative, equitably providing the most advanced personalized care to an entire population.

The aspirational goal: increase healthy life expectancy in rural Maryland by three years, while establishing Meritus as the national model for rural precision health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the clinical leader of MPHI from day one
  • Lead a 10-person team including APPs, health coaches, technicians and navigators
  • Design clinical protocols, SOPs, and the 2.5-hour participant intake workflow
  • Direct Epic integration for pharmacogenomic (PGx) prescribing alerts, referral triggers, and information sharing with other members of the care team.
  • Partner with Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine (MSOM) faculty on publications and grant applications
  • Interface with the research department as a scientific leader in the studies that follow the clinical work of the department

  • Coronary artery calcium scoring
  • DEXA body composition and bone density
  • VO₂ max / cardiopulmonary exercise testing

Qualifications

Required:

The Hospice Medical Director (HMD) will be responsible for the overall medical direction of patient and family services. The HMD will assume a leadership role on the Ethics Committee.

In conjunction with the HMD responsibilities, the Team Physician will partner with the interdisciplinary care team and be a strong leader in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to ensure that a care plan is in place, that a patient’s needs are well anticipated, and that all regulatory requirements are met. Committed to each patient’s experience, Team Physicians are required to participate in in‑person visits and virtual visits when appropriate. Documentation of visits is required to ensure that all patients have access to their benefits. Our Team Physician will participate in a Call Coverage Rotation to ensure any needs that have not been anticipated during IDG are met and to serve those newly admitted. The AccentCare Medical Group expectation is that the Hospice Team Physician will exemplify what it means to be part of a Care Team and will lead learning initiatives with the Interdisciplinary Team and the community around end‑of‑life issues.

Hospice Medical Director and Team Physician Qualifications

  • Maintains an active license and DEA in the state where care is being provided.
  • Ten or more years of clinical experience, preferred. Five or more years in a medical director or other administrator role, preferred.
  • Proven success in building a de novo product/service/market required in addition to oversight of clinical programs, preferred.

Required Certifications and Licensures

  • Currently licensed without restrictions as a physician in at least one key state of the hospice division (e.g., Texas).
  • Valid driver’s license required.

As an individual contributor, the Director plays a key role in advancing enterprise-wide policy positioning, strengthening advocacy effectiveness, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with State Affairs, Federal Policy, and business teams to translate policy changes into actionable strategies, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities for growth, while maintaining accountability for influencing internal stakeholders and managing external partner performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for state policy portfolio including pharmacist licensure, pharmacy shares services, PBM, occupational/facility licensure, and federal preemption.
  • Analyze, define and communicate critical trends in state legislative and regulatory environments; track state legislation of interest; identify or predict probable legislative or regulatory outcomes.
  • Develop regulatory and legislative responses to proposed rules/laws including regulatory comment letters, issue briefs, talking points, white papers, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Counsel Humana businesses on state public policy risks/opportunities and translating those into clear business impact analysis.
  • Work with internal business partners to identify assets Humana has to augment public policy positions such as: data; resources; subject matter experts; and "thought leaders".
  • Leverage experience and relationships to support advocacy efforts with state government officials and regulators with specific focus on state boards of pharmacies and National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • 8+ years in state healthcare policy
  • 5+ years leading policy development and advocacy deliverables with measurable impac
  • Experience managing consultants/vendors with defined performance metrics and delivery timelines
  • Track recordof producing policy analyses and written materials used in advocacy efforts
