Senior Product Manager
Journey Clinical
new york, ny
Compensation: 180.000 - 200.000

Overview

Journey Clinical is on a mission to transform the growing mental health crisis by accelerating the adoption of frontier treatments that lead to lasting improvements in clinical outcomes. We have built a turnkey healthtech platform to safely and effectively expand access to a powerful modality known as Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy, starting with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring. Our platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead high-impact initiatives across our therapist and patient experiences. This person will own a critical part of the Journey flywheel, while building the systems that connect marketing, product, and clinical operations into one cohesive growth engine. This is a highly cross-functional, strategic, and analytical position that blends product strategy, growth experimentation, and operational design. You’ll work closely with our clinical, marketing, data, and engineering teams to design scalable, delightful experiences that move the metrics that matter: activation rate, therapist and patient LTV, and overall marketplace efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product strategy for one or more key growth pillars (e.g., Therapist Activation, Patient Conversion, or Monetization), from problem definition through launch and optimization.
  • Deeply understand user journeys across therapists, patients, and internal teams by identifying friction points and designing product-led solutions that increase adoption and throughput.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Ops, and Data Science, and Success Teams to align roadmaps, ensure data integrity, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Use data to drive decisions — define metrics, run experiments, and synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative sources to prioritize work with the highest ROI.
  • Collaborate with team to integrate agentic workflows that reduce manual processes and enhance the therapist and patient experience.
  • Translate business goals into product requirements by writing strategic documents, specs, and success metrics that connect strategic objectives to tangible outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the product org by helping us refine our product development process, rituals, and culture as we scale.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management at a growth-stage SaaS, marketplace, or healthtech company .
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; comfortable building models, mapping funnels, and diagnosing conversion levers across a multi-sided ecosystem.
  • Equally comfortable in the boardroom and the backlog. You can translate high-level business objectives into detailed execution plans.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketing, sales, operations, and data teams.
  • Track record of delivering measurable impact (activation, retention, revenue growth).
  • Familiarity with AI tools, low-code/no-code systems, or automation platforms (Zapier, Airtable, Snowflake, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Deep empathy for therapists and patients, with a desire to improve access to mental health care.
  • A bias toward action. Willing to do what it takes to deliver products including leveraging tools to build mockups, writing copy, and developing GTM plans as needed.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Full medical/dental/vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO (all employees are strongly encouraged to take at least 18 days off per year; most of us take 25+ including mental health days and moon days)
  • Flexible working hours
  • Rapid career growth and the opportunity to build under you overtime
  • Pioneer a new industry with a new health tech business model (i.e. "Innovation on innovation") with direct access to industry leading experts
  • Have a net positive impact on people’s mental health and overall well being with new mental health treatments including psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy
