The first Music & Arts was located in a small house in Bethesda, MD and run by founder Benjamin O'Brien. Duties

Helps

Provides specialized medical services to outpatients and provides medical care to inpatients in institutions with an inpatient mission. Performs complete physical examinations. Collects comprehensive medical and social history to include a review of all body systems. Performs physical assessment in correlation with historical findings, records preliminary objective findings. Examines and orders appropriate diagnostic testing and provides necessary treatment and/or medications as required. Makes recommendations on matters of policy, procedures, training, personnel, and equipment as related to specific area of responsibility. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff's correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

Hahn Ready Mix is currently seeking mechanics for our busy Ready Mix Shop in Davenport, IA.

The shop mechanics work on a wide range of equipment including ready mix trucks, loaders, tractor-trailers. The work schedule will vary. It may be up to 6 days per week of up to 10+ hour days with overtime on both a voluntary or mandatory basis for work week as well as on Saturdays, depending upon business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must obtain or be able to obtain a class B commercial driver's license
• Safely operate and inspect mechanical equipment to diagnose defects.
• Analyze malfunctions and perform general overhaul, tune up or preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment.
• Repair, replace and adjust necessary units and parts.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education/Training: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)

Responsibilities

Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting. Conducts descriptive and systematic (e.g., analogue) behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results. Provides direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, individual behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings. Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues. Monitors restraint use and provides training to reduce. Monitors challenging behavior. Participates in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee and other relevant committees, as assigned. Shall provide individualized services to meet the treatment needs of each of the specialty intermediate care (IC) clinic patients for services in field of care. Shall meet requirements of 902 KAR 20:410 Specialty Intermediate Care Clinics as warranted. Learn and follow all policies and procedures.

Mortgage Loan Assistant

The Mortgage Loan Assistant (MLA) provides support for the entire loan origination process and collaborates with Mortgage Loan Originators and Pipeline & Delivery Manager to ensure a smooth mortgage transaction. This MLA is also responsible for working with the origination team to ensure compliance related deadlines are met related to ECOA and HMDA for withdrawals and rejected loans that require Carter Bank adverse action and/or HMDA reporting. This role requires both a sales and operational mindset.

Essential Job Functions

• Reviews the initial loan application, supporting documentation, and credit authorization for accuracy and completion with the customer
• Keeps current understanding of all loan program guidelines, pricing, policies and procedures
• Provides weekly status updates of files in progress to MLO, Referral Partner and Client
• Processes borrower documents in an accurate and timely manner following proper internal protocol and procedures
• Communicates and partners closely with operations to ensure a smooth and accurate loan process
• Provide some back up support for Mortgage Loan Originators who are out of the office
• Perform post-closing follow up with clients to answer any questions regarding first payments and servicing
• Assist with monitoring pipelines for key target dates to ensure deadlines and objectives are met
• Provide assistance in monitoring information for HMDA/Adverse Action related reporting
• Assist with identifying relevant bank products and services based on customer needs
• Serve as an ongoing support point of contact for Mortgage Loan Originators and Pipeline Delivery Manager by performing various duties as assigned to maintain an exceptional client experience

Job Requirements
